Excellent selection of meat, slightly grumpy and rushed service, furthermore there are some inconveniences on the menu, since the meat is paid by the pound and not by the serving, perfect environment for a special evening, unfortunately very expensive therefore not always accessible

Dambo was a confirmation for me, I went there this summer with friends and ate some excellent meat.
I returned a few days ago to taste their risotto and I was pleasantly surprised, a place I absolutely recommend!
The cocktails are also good and the staff is very friendly ☺️

We ate in this place and it is truly exceptional, food, environment and service all ok, we were served by a very good guy called Tony, a sublime delicacy, I highly recommend this meat

Very long service.
Unwelcoming staff.
We had the impression of being looked down upon.
You have to be wary of the prices because they correspond to 100g of meat and of course the mini is 300g.
I certainly won't recommend.
You can easily find better for this price.

I discovered this restaurant by chance, in the center of Piazza Comuni after a walk along Via Toledo.
I was pleasantly struck by the friendliness of the waiters who were able to recommend various dishes to try.
In particular, the focaccella with pumpkin combined with two cocktails is truly perfect as an aperitif.
Having stopped for lunch, we then tasted the veal cheek with porcini mushrooms, amazing.
We will return to Dambo soon to try other dishes and especially their desserts which they told us about really well! 🤩

My veal chop wasn't that great.
Dry because it was overcooked and certainly raw, it wasn't 500g.
I'm an expert at this.
We returned a bottle of water because it was unopened and not ordered but we paid for it anyway.

We went to Dambo with a big appetite for meat. The selection of dry aged beef is excellent and the prices are completely ok. We had 300 gr Striplion Wagyu and an Angus tartare. The tartare was roughly chopped and briefly fried on the sides (it didn't have to be that way, but it was still very tasty). A small fociacca as a starter made the dinner perfect.
