Very much typical Italian pizza restaurant, nice dehors by the sandy beach, interesting bathroom. Friendly staff, but not too invasive. I totally recommend their Scialatielli ai frutti di mare.

Fantastic. Dining by the sea, accompanied by the sound of the waves. Fried calamari is mouth-watering: dry, crispy, and tasty. Impeccable service. The owner is always present and very friendly. Definitely worth a try. Don't pass through Alassio without stopping at Damare.

Era la nostra prima sera delle vacanze e non avevamo la più pallida idea di dove andare, siamo passati davanti a molti ristoranti sul lungomare ma non ci ispiravano molto! Poi siamo arrivati qui davanti che eravamo affamati e stanchi di camminare e ci siamo detti o la va o la spacca e devo dire che siamo stati molto fortunati! Cena a base di pesce, il mio compagno ha preso tris di crudo e pesce spada mentre io orecchiette al pesto e cozze e un fritto di calamari! Tutto squisito, camerieri molto gentili e attenti al cliente e prezzi giusti! Insieme a dell’acqua e due caffè abbiamo speso circa €100 ma li valeva tutti essendo a base di pesce e soprattutto buono! Consiglio!

Buon ristorante sul lungomare pesce buono costi nella norma per la troppa gente forse si son scordati di servirci i contorni e non arrivando più nonostante i reclami continui c’è ne siamo Andat alla fine annullando i contorni peccato poca organizzazione e pietanze scarse

02/11/2025: I've been frequenting this restaurant for many years, and it's always been an excellent place. It's under new management, and it doesn't disappoint. What's immediately striking is the kindness of the staff, the menu is carefully curated with typical Ligurian specialties, and the wine list is excellent, although prices could be a little reconsidered. Overall, I'd say it's an excellent restaurant on the seafront promenade, definitely worth a try. Congratulations, and see you soon.
26/10/2025: This is the second time I've eaten here with my partner, and we've always had a great time. Both the manager and the staff are kind, courteous, and happy to accommodate any special needs you may have! The food is excellent and the atmosphere is quiet. I highly recommend it!

26/10/2025: A fantastic discovery. I went there for dinner yesterday for the first time and will definitely be back. Wonderful dishes prepared with top-quality seasonal ingredients. Honorable mention goes to the gnocchi with parmesan cream and truffle. The wine list is also excellent and extensive. The staff, led by Massimiliano and Marianna, is friendly, polite, and always attentive to their guests' needs...they make you feel welcome...

All this is nestled in a historic venue that retains the character and charisma of a restaurant full of surprises. The service is welcoming and professional, accompanying and suggesting the best to suit your tastes. The cellar offers an exclusive selection of wines that also represent the region and complement the Chef's creations. Grandma's anchovies and gnocchi with slow-cooked octopus ragù, along with ravioli with dried minestrone, are just a few of the menu's seasonal changes. The prawns with shallots and saffron are worth mopping up with your bread. Bread, breadsticks, pasta, and desserts are all homemade according to tradition.
