It is very rare that I find myself recognizing 5 stars, there were 4 of us with a dog that in Trentino is really difficult to be welcomed in public places, we were welcomed very well, trained staff, authentic cuisine, top location, we took the in-laws to visit the wonderful park, an exceptional day, thanks to the team that manages the restaurant and park

What can I say? Fantastic place! After a morning immersed in ArteSella, we had lunch under the tree canopies. Everything was meticulously designed, from the food (local products in delicious and appetizing recipes) to the setting (even the bathroom was beautiful!). The staff was young and capable, friendly and cheerful. An experience to repeat!

I wouldn't be surprised if they get a Michelin star here someday. The gnocchi with mint pesto, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes were divine, as was the chanterelle cream. A top rating from me.

Siamo tornati in questo Ristorante, dopo che è stato ristrutturato e ampliato. Sempre molto gradevole l'ambientazione, Menù trentino, ma con parecchie "varianti", alcune delle quali sono risultate ottime. Servizio molto valido, rapido, cortese. Spesa adeguata e non eccessiva.
Un tuffo nel passato, quando dall'Ersilia (allora anche conosciuta come Malga Costa), si andava per gustare la panna da latte di malga...Peccato che anche questo locale, come quasi tutti quelli in Val di Sella sia chiuso la sera, a parte rare eccezioni.

Ci siamo fermati a mangiare qualcosa dopo aver fatto il giro a piedi di Arte Sella.
Bel locale e piacevoli i tavoli all'aperto.
Buona la qualità dei prodotti del tagliere.
Purtroppo abbiamo aspettato veramente tanto per il servizio nonostante il locale non fosse al completo.
