I tasted an excellent pasta all'arrabbiata and an equally excellent cutlet accompanied by a side dish of traditional sweet potatoes!!!!! Good quality/price ratio!!!! Absolutely recommendable!!!

Pizza depends on taste, but you can't make a calzone with a micro block of dough, the top will be so thin that it burns, especially in a wood-fired oven... So once the burnt top is removed, a chasm remains and it's not beautiful to look at. see, nothing to say about the taste... My wife's Pugliese was half cooked and half raw and below the burnt limit... now if the customer kindly asks to make it again, they will be told that it is normal cooking in a wood oven and if they made it again we would pay two... what could a margherita with onions cost?
