What can I say... eating Dal Dino is like when you came home and your dad had prepared something good for you. It's family, warmth, whether it's lunch or dinner, when you leave work when you can't stand it anymore you eat fantastic dishes at lower prices. how honest. We were also with our family coming from Rome and Milan at Christmas they wanted to take it away to have the same warmth and the same QUALITY....

We came to this restaurant for Christmas lunch. Being welcomed by Dino and enjoying his delicacies was a unique experience. All strictly homemade, with genuine raw materials, dishes served with the passion and accuracy of those who love their work.

Anna and I, instead of returning home, since we had been out since mid-morning and should have left immediately after lunch, we returned to the Dino. Anna, inordinately fond of mushrooms, repeated the breaded ones and, this time, I couldn't resist a Milanese cutlet with an encore of baked potatoes (wood fired). It's the classic "elephant uregia" and Dino makes these ears really big (see the photo) so much so that I took half of them away for dinner. They are thin, very tender and breaded to perfection.

Ci sono giorni in cui il tempo per preparare un pranzo decente non c'è. Ecco, allora, che si va "Dal Dino"! Io: risotto zafferano e salsiccia (buono) e arrosto con patate al forno, cotti nel forno a legna... ed è tutta un'altra storia. Carne tenera e saporita, patate morbide e croccanti: sembra una contraddizione ma non lo è. Il tutto nel menù a prezzo fisso che, credo unico tra i ristoratori biellesi, Dino mantiene ancora a 10 euro. La mia compagna ha voluto invece "esagerare": tagliolini ai funghi come primo e funghi impanati per secondo. Perfetti e saporiti i primi, ma per i funghi impanati ha continuato a chiedersi come Dino riesca a fare un'impanatura così "giusta". E quel giusto, per come la conosco, vale tutte le stelle a disposizione. Da tornare e provare di sera.

The "Dal Dino" restaurant is a good restaurant in Biella. The pizza is very good and not greasy compared to many other pizzerias, light, delicate but still very tasty. Perhaps the cost is a bit high, but it is also justified by an excellent raw material. The homemade garlic bread offered was very welcome.
Manager also very friendly!

We went last night to have dinner based on fresh mushrooms....I must say that we were very satisfied....everything was excellent...tagliolini with porcini mushrooms 5⭐...sautéed porcini mushrooms with polenta5⭐....breaded porcini mushrooms5 ⭐...the desserts are also good5⭐...thanks Dino...we will definitely be back for other delicacies
