Excellent food (especially the Cacce Peppe pasta), very friendly waiters and impeccable service. They let us in at 2:30 pm when the kitchen was about to close.

I'd been there two and a half years earlier by pure chance. By chance, I found myself in the area again and decided to return. What a great choice. Friendly staff, good food, and more than fair prices. What can I say? It deserves more customers in the evening, but its location isn't the best, but I think with a little advertising, they could do better. I know they're very busy at lunchtime, and I understand why. Recommended, and I'll be back.

I went there for a quick dinner, the waiter (I think from the south) was very friendly and we were served in less than 10 minutes (it must be said that it was just 7:30 pm)! I recommend the saltimbocca alla romana because they were out of this world ❤️

Welcoming and easy to reach environment. Friendly staff. Really excellent food, from simple bruschetta to tagliata to grilled vegetables, everything really excellent. Prices slightly high, but justified by the quality of the product in my opinion. Highly recommended place

A 100% true Roman experience! Really nice and welcoming place, with a typical atmosphere that makes you immediately feel at home. The staff is friendly, helpful and very kind, helping to make the experience even more pleasant. The meatballs... simply the best I've ever eaten in my life! And the carbonara? Unique, creamy and tasty as only Rome can do. If you are looking for an authentic corner of the capital where you can eat divinely and feel pampered, Dal Bistrorso is highly recommended. I will definitely be back!
