A place tucked away in a small street in the town, we were there at lunchtime, when the sun lit up every window.
There is an air of home, the food I imagine taken care of by the owner, reflects the clearly home-made cuisine: 2/3 first courses and 2/3 second courses as dishes of the day.
One of the few places left where substance still prevails over appearance, I highly recommend it.
Mi piace mangiare sano, credo i sapori originali delle pietanze debbano rimanere tali. Ci sono stato 2 volte, la seconda ho mangiato la trota, cottura perfetta e sapeva di trota, sembra una banalità ma per me non lo è. L'ambiente è gradevole e quasi intimo, poi una bella rassegna di grappe di qualità. Insomma consiglio molto volentieri.
Just left this welcoming place. We ate pork medallions in a pistachio crust, cooked to perfection, truly exquisite and to finish a fantastic carrot and almond cake. You can perceive research, accuracy and love for cooking. The service was very courteous, the girl who welcomed us was attentive, friendly and very kind. She also knew how to "win over" our child with an eye for attention. Honest prices.
A highly recommended place and absolutely worth trying.
