Excellent oriental restaurant definitely above average. Very large gluten-free menu too. Courteous owner and pleasant local. Reasonable prices. Advised.

Delicious food, the best sushi in Turin, I have never tasted such good food. The owner was also very nice and helpful, we felt at home. The place is gorgeous and welcoming. Daiichi is a restaurant that offers Asian cuisine, especially Thai and Japanese. The restaurant is AFC certified, therefore it is perfect for celiacs.

Kokoroya

12/11/2024: Food is quite good, owner very kind and helpful.Downside is that the shop is tiny, only 5 stools so it's pretty uncomfortable and it's most definitely over priced for rather small portions.
29/10/2024: The best Japanese in town. It truly has something special.

Matsurika di Tokyo

27/08/2024: Tutto molto buono e personale gentile Thank you 🥰
23/08/2024: We had been a few years ago and returned a few evenings ago. The place has changed, they have changed the layout of the kitchen and there is a bathroom, fortunately. It is one of the few places in Turin where you can eat something almost authentic Japanese. I say almost because unfortunately, in Turin, even the restaurants owned by the Japanese are unable to go all the way and offer true Japanese cuisine, but they always tend to modify simple dishes to get closer to the Italian taste (or rather, the taste of the Italians misled by fake Japanese restaurants). I hope that one day they have the courage to propose Japan, without compromise. However, it is a place where you can find dishes that are rarely found elsewhere, so it is worth stopping by. I was hoping to find the classic tonkatsu with cabbage, but instead it was only available with scrambled eggs (???). Alright.
