Dai Cugini Starace In Aversa

Served by the very friendly owner, we delighted in the escarole filling, fried and baked, and especially the marinara pizza with cacio e pepe. Initially skeptical about the latter combination, I was soon stunned by the exceptional flavor of this delicious pizza. The hospitality and service were top-notch. I recommend avoiding weekends due to the crowds. We'll definitely be back to sample the specialties of traditional Neapolitan cuisine.
