27/07/2025: While on vacation, we arrived in Cisternino and stumbled upon the snack bar. We received an excellent welcome and a very comprehensive buffet. We had the octopus in a sauce with potatoes and the broad bean purée with chicory. The price was very reasonable, and the staff, who spoke a little French, were very friendly. I recommend this place.
