There's little to say, absolutely gorgeous

We had lunch at Vittorio's during a day trip from Agrigento. The place is beautiful, with the sea in the background. The menu is obviously seafood-focused; two of us shared a mixed fried fish and two first courses. I found the pasta at Vittorio's (off-menu) excellent, but the spaghetti with red mullet sauce was less interesting, and a bit unrelated. With 1/2 liter of wine, we paid €45 per person, perhaps a bit excessive. Overall, a great experience.

The place is very beautiful because the restaurant overlooks the sea... However, we found the service slow and rather inattentive to the customers' requests, so even if the dishes are good and plentiful, the final impression was not so positive.

We had a lovely day. We paid for the hotel's parking and had lunch at the restaurant after booking. We didn't know the glass-fronted terrace overlooking the sea was inaccessible during this time, so we had to eat outside in the heat and with plenty of sunlight filtering in from the wooden pergola. The food was very good and the service was attentive; only for coffee did we have to wait at least 15 minutes after making our request, perhaps due to an oversight. Everything else was fine. As for the rooms, I haven't used them, so I've given them an average rating. It's a shame that the staff has two large Labradors (seemingly harmless) lounging or napping in the kitchen or among the tables, unnoticed. This last aspect adds to the overall negative, lowering the rating a bit. Furthermore, we heard comments from the young staff that they were disparaging one another. This should never happen. Everything else was fine.

The restaurant is located in a very charming and romantic setting. The quality of the food is evident, with excellent flavor. The portions are very generous. However, we didn't appreciate the service: our plates were rushed to the side of the table, when waiters should ask who ordered the dish and place it in front of the diner. We kept signaling for the waiters, but no one came. After a while, a woman arrived with a distressed look, as if she were doing us a favor. In a restaurant of this caliber, the service could definitely be improved.

Dinner with friends. The raw ham was good as an appetizer; I've had better. The scampi and shrimp were small, perhaps too small for the restaurant's designation. The rest of the food was very good. A special mention goes to the amberjack tartare (if I'm not mistaken), which was truly superb. The first courses were balanced and flavorful: blue crab ragù and busiate pasta with John Dory eggs, shrimp, and cherry tomatoes. The price was fair for what we ate.

Locale non semplicissimo da raggiungere, ma il piccolo sacrificio per arrivarci viene ampiamente ripagato. La location è suggestiva, moderna, curata, e affacciata direttamente sul mare: davvero gradevolissima. Abbiamo pranzato con un menù preparato per 40 persone, e devo dire che ho degustato i crudi più buoni che abbia mai provato. Il tonno rosso in carpaccio era semplicemente strepitoso. Anche il resto della proposta è stata di ottima qualità e servito con professionalità, tutto è stato all’altezza: piatti deliziosi, carta dei vini eccellente e un servizio cordiale e professionale. Ne consiglio vivamente la visita, perché ne vale davvero la pena.

Ho mangiato qui con il gruppo della Diva. Cena superlativa. Gamberi buonissimi e tutto molto fresco! Un saluto da tutto il gruppo!
