Cuisine mainly inspired by the Ciociaria traditions, offering very good dishes in terms of quality of the raw materials and processing. The braised ravioli with sauce is good and the scottona is very good. The gentian liqueur is also interesting. The staff is always courteous.

We only got two takeaway pizzas. After a bit of waiting and confusion (there was an order abandoned there and it was not possible to check if it was ours due to telephone misunderstandings), the pizza was really delicious and even if smaller in size than usual, it is very rich and satisfies abundantly. Next time we will return to try the restaurant.

Ottima esperienza da Vittorio, ristorante nel centro di Collepardo. Pranzo in famiglia con fettuccine/gnocchi con un gustosissimo ragù ciociaro. Come secondo salsicce con contorni misti. Per finire ciambelle ciociare e liquore alla genziana. Porzioni abbondanti, personale svelto e gentile. Tariffe adeguate. Assolutamente consigliato

Restaurant located in the center of the town. Good service, food prepared honestly but not worthy of particular memories. Structure set up to serve many diners and consequently, in my humble opinion, the artisanal culinary tradition that generally characterizes Ciociaria is lost. Discreetly structured menu even if, for the reasons mentioned above, we are politely oriented towards possibly homogeneous choices of the diners. Prices that seemed relatively high for the context and quality (full meal around 40 euros, drinks separately): more than adequate portions.

30/07/2024: Went to dinner with a couple of friends. Fantastic food served impeccably. Despite being a "difficult" table, as I am gluten sensitive and the couple of friends are vegetarians, there wasn't the slightest problem, and we were all really satisfied. We ate very well and drank great having an excellent cellar of wines and bubbles. I want to give a suggestion to those who complain about the times when they go out to dinner: relax, talk to each other, enjoy good food and good wine, and waiting times will be the least of your problems, there are people working in the kitchen for us and in any case he is a human being and is not infallible... Last night we also had the pleasure of having a chat with the owner, Mauro, kind as usual, thanks again for the splendid evening. See you soon.

Villa Grancassa Hotel Ristorante

18/08/2024: Positive experience. Friendly staff, attentive to our needs. It is an ancient structure but it is worth it. Carpeted room, clean and welcoming. The bathroom is small but clean. We did half board, we took a platter of really excellent cured meats and cheeses and a first course with unique flavours. The breakfast, sweet and savory, plentiful.
14/08/2024: It was me, my daughter and a friend of hers for the feast of San Donato, and we stayed overnight at Villa Grancassa. We had a great time, the staff were very kind and helpful. We will definitely return.
