Top-notch pizza in every way, from the dough to the cooking, and the ingredients. This doesn't take anything away from the taste and quality of the first and second courses. We eat there often, and it's never disappointing.

AL COLLE pizzeria bruschetteria fritti

21/08/2025: We were staying at the Zoomarine facility and weren't sure where to go for dinner. We came across this place by chance, as it's also one of the few pizzerias that serves gluten-free pizza. It's a really cozy place. We had the appetizer from the menu, and the kids had the children's appetizer. Everything was delicious. The pizzas, for those who like Roman-style pizza, are truly delicious. Finally, what made the experience truly unique was Francesca, a delightful woman who makes guests feel at ease. Having someone who works with such heart and passion would boost the value of even a shack.
