We came with great expectations given the reviews. Lingueglietta is a charming historic village a little inland from the sea, which can be seen in the distance.. The restaurant is located in a historic house with classic vaulted ceilings .... outside a beautiful terrace, pleasant in the summer. We ate in the internal room (I think the only one available) but unfortunately it is a small environment, too noisy when the restaurant is full, as the tables are very close together. This is a flaw, because if you want to raise the bar and raise the prices as the owners have done, you need to offer a more suitable environment and less from..trattoria. The dishes are pleasant, well presented, but there is no taste that struck me, all of good quality but without sharpness. The final bill unfortunately too high for what was consumed.

I have been coming here with my family, friends and customers for years and everyone is enthusiastic about it, what can I say every time the menu is a pleasant surprise and always different. Congratulations to Riccardo the chef and his wife Chiara who made this place magical. I recommend arriving early and taking a walking tour to discover the village, arriving in a few steps up to the Fortress Church. The panoramic terrace is beautiful in summer and the internal room is warm, few seats but Chiara's attention to her guests is exquisite. Excellent value for money and praise for the kitchen staff for creating dishes that leave you speechless just by looking at them, such as the dessert on today's vegetarian menu "Bocca di Rosa". Dining in this restaurant is an unforgettable experience. The quality of the products and the audacity of the recipes will make you remember this restaurant for a long time. Very nice and attentive service. The only flaw is the wine list is not up to date.

Excellent quality of the dishes which present contrasting, very particular elements which create explosions of flavour. Professionalism, kindness and discretion of the owners who demonstrate a great passion for their work and attention to detail. High prices but totally proportional to the quality and complexity of the dishes. We will definitely be back

A little jewel out of the beaten tracks! Maybe your gps will lead you in a narrow street in olives groves instead of the main road but the effort will be worthwhile! The food was delicious, the dining room nicely decorated and the welcome warm by Chiara, the owner (perhaps the other waiter would need a lesson of simpatia…) was excellent. Prices were very reasonable for the quality. We have to go back in summer on the beautiful terrace!

Tornati dopo troppo tempo dagli amici di U Titti, Riccardo e Chiara. Almeno 3 menù piu' la carta con 3 proposte per portata. Arrivano due tipi di pane strepitosi piu focaccina , carta vini piuttosto ampia. Ragazzo di sala , sul pezzo, Chiara sempre una ottima padrona di casa. Io prendo due piatti , tortelli di bagna cauda ed ombrina al burro 'prosciutto" di ricciola , salvia, crudo di Cuneo, entrambi davvero equilibrati nel gusto, ottima presentazione. Dolce con "Pomeriggio invernale", zabaione , agrumi, caffè, per chiudere in bellezza.. Caffè con dolcini finali , curiosi , di sicuro il lollipop al panettone . Conto contro tendenza , rispetto altri ristoranti che a pari livello sono un po' più cari. Bravi tutti. Giancarlo
