Excellent trattoria in Quiliano, 3 km from the sea. Weekday business lunches are €12, with the option of off-menu options for an additional charge. Reservations are required for Saturday and Sunday dinners and lunches, and during the week, menus can be arranged in advance. From May to July, the menu specializes in excellent traditional snail lunches. In the fall, local mushrooms are available, and the ravioli are delicious. Lunch prices range from €25 to €40.

Quality products and artisanal pasta, but in my opinion, it's not enough to make me want to come back, considering the small portions and terrible service. The price is high considering everything. There's a lot of room for improvement.

No menu, barely any choice, only a set menu. Long wait. Opening hours from 7:00 PM online, this is only a recommendation, from 8:00 PM onwards more likely ;(

Dinner in good company. Tagliolini with wild boar sauce, plentiful, the sauce too spicy, the rabbit too dry, stringy with a dry exterior. The Barbera was good, the dessert was good.

29/09/2025: Great location, limited parking, friendly staff, and average food.
22/09/2025: Maybe it's the atmosphere, the novelty, or the location, considering that part of the portico we saw, but it seemed like a fantastic place to us. All this without diminishing the deliciousness and abundance of the dishes we enjoyed, all served with great professionalism and kindness. Those five or six tight hairpin bends are definitely worth the effort, especially for the view from that height. Parking wasn't a problem for us, especially since it was late September. We'll definitely be back to try their other dishes.

07/10/2025: We visited Ristoro di Paolone and immediately felt at home. It's a family-friendly, welcoming, and warm atmosphere, one of those rare places where you can truly feel the heart and soul of the people who work there. We ate wonderfully: homemade dishes and exceptional pizzas, light, tasty, and made with quality ingredients. You can tell there's passion and love for what they do. A place that makes you feel good, where you don't just go to eat, but to feel welcomed. Highly recommended, we'll be back soon!
