We took a tour of Italy. It's a very nice place, I really liked it. The strawberries were beautiful.

We went yesterday, Sunday and had a great time. Courtesy and kindness from the staff. Tarts with cream and strawberries, delicious. The peculiarity is that there is no service, so after ordering you sit down and I serve you yourself.

We stopped by during our trip to the strawberry-scented Nemi village of Rome. We tried their coffee and strawberry tarts. It was very fresh and beautiful.

The small business in Nemi, a quiet Italian town we went to during our Italy tour, is famous for its strawberry pies. We tried them with coffee and they were really delicious.

Ogni volta che vengo a Nemi, lo spritz alle fragoline da Spartaco al Grottino è d'obbligo! Meravigliosa la tortina con crema chantilly e fragoline, anche il tiramisu è buonissimo.

25/07/2024: Typical Roman cuisine, all very good! Attentive and friendly waiter and fair prices considering the location of the restaurant. I also liked the fact that the dishes were written on a blackboard as they change from day to day. Very suggestive environment!
22/07/2024: Never made a Google review before but this restaurant needs to be known! We were originally walking over to ‘Osteria il matto’ when a local lady suggested we came here instead as it is more authentic and less tourists. We had the best meal, they change their menu daily so it is written on chalk boards, our wonderful waiter translated the menu verbally to us in English explaining all the foods and even where the ingredients came from. The food came in massive portions, we all had a feast! The food arrived very quickly and was reasonably priced considering the portions. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great meal out!
