You may say at first that Silvestro puts a bit too much effort in welcoming the gustes, but that's his energy and positivenes. Together with his mom, Maria, cooked dishes offer a memorable experience. It is more than the food itself, it's about culture and a feeling of being part of a family's lunch or dinner.
Yes, it's simple food, but great quality ingredients, and don't measure by the money you spend, cause then you are missing the point.

I will remember my dining experience at Da Silvè forever — it was a true celebration of life. I'm almost in tears as I write this. The best meal in Puglia. You must book this place. The mother and son duo create the most unique, authentic and fun dining experience. You won’t get this evening anywhere else, it is an absolute must. They don’t appear to take walk ins. And you won’t be shown any menu. You are in their capable hands for the evening and expect to leave full and singing Italians songs in your head.

Silvestro and his mother are two unique people, definitely out of this league for this profession! The food (delicious) and the location (beautiful) are just the backdrop to this SPECTACULAR... I recommend it to anyone who wants to feel truly in Puglia, even at the table!

My wife and I had the most amazing experience here at Da Silvie. This is a really traditional Italian family restaurant and we weren't expecting it at all as we just turned up and they had a cancellation. The food is impeccable and the service is amazing. It's not just a meal but a proper experience. I would recommend this to anyone and would certainly come back if visiting Fasano. Thank you!!

This place is a dream, every thing you could hope for when visiting Italy.
The best hospitality, the best food and the best value.
Silvé and Maria cannot do enough for you, you feel like part of their family and every detail is perfection,.
When you dream of dining in Italy, this is the place you imagine.
BUT make sure you book, it is a small restaurant, I would hate to miss out just because we didn’t book in good time.
