We ate in this splendid old Ligurian restaurant, in the historic center of Albenga, furnished with old photos of the city and a ceiling with stone arches. Superlative farinata and pizza, it looked just like grandma's, both cooked in a wood oven. Fast service and friendly staff, and above all we spent very little for a high quality dinner (medium farinata two pizzas and water €19), we will return!

Since my wife and I discovered it, every time we return to Albenga, upon our entrance to the old walls, we rush to book a table. But let's get to how we eat: the farinata is more than promoted, the fish is also very good. Personally, I prefer the meat in its various recipes, maybe not many but certainly tasty. The shopping is also very good, decidedly popular. Tested on 22/5/2025. Not to be missed also for the characteristic place.

The best farinata I've ever eaten, and I eat a lot of it in Genoa! The fish skewers were also delicious. Very reasonable costs, high quality, efficient service. It is essential to book because seats are few.

Abbiamo mangiato abbastanza bene, ma ricordavo un menu più tipico ligure. La farinata è sempre ottima. Il menu 'Terra' (quasi tutto alla griglia) non ci ha totalmente convinto, forse avremmo dovuto scegliere quello di pesce. prenotate se volete essere sicuri di trovare posto.

Gita nella bella Albenga con amici e non poteva mancare una ...puntatina dal "Puppo". Farinata come al solito insuperabile, leggera e fragrante, e poi verdure ripiene, piccoli friscioli di baccalà molto intriganti; a seguire zuppa di pesce spinata fritto misto mare o, a scelta, pesce alla griglia, torte di verdure e molto altro. Da tornarci sempre.
