Always a pleasure to stop by when I'm in the area. The pizza is delicious, I often order the porcina (I recommend it).
The waitress (Valeria), who serves us often, is truly excellent, I'd say. The rest of the staff is very kind, and the place is so welcoming and attentive to every detail. Congratulations for everything.

I gave it a 4 for the atmosphere because I didn't like the noise and the crowds. It was a Saturday night, so the atmosphere was like being in a kitchen at home... BUT they found us a table right away, even though we didn't book in advance, and it was a Saturday night. 🫠
The calamari and melanzana were amazing. 😋😋😋😋 I didn't try the pizza, but my boyfriend said it was delicious. 😁

We stopped because all the places "navigator" Simo took us were already booked, which was quite logical given the coincidence with the Barcolana regatta.
Thankfully, I'd say: a large, welcoming garden, top-notch pizza, fast service, and the waitress Valeria was professional and top-notch in terms of friendliness and a ready joke (it's hard for me to keep up with that, too... I'll be back better prepared 😅).
We'll be back, a quick jaunt, but it's worth it.

We had primi piatti, pizzas, and tiramisu – everything was delicious. Fast and very friendly service.
Excellent value for money (€1.50 for a flatbread – very rare in and around Trieste).
We'll definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant.

Well, this was great. One of the best gastronomic experiences of our vacation. Everything was great, service, prices, quality! The pizza was simply flawless. And then we tried the TIRAMISU. I never thought I would ever say this, but it was the best tiramisu of my life. Just to eat here, I would drive several hours from Česká Ostrava to get there! ♥️♥️

A delicious place for pizza!!!
There's no need to look for something in Trieste. The best way is to take the historic tram to Opicina and choose this place. The pizza is fantastic, and Mrs. Roberta is the life and soul of this place. Finally, the tiramisu was so amazing, it's a must-try. And the prices are fantastic!
