From Vetralla, take the turnoff for Blera, about 10 km, and you'll find this restaurant, which fortunately welcomed us at 2:40 PM. Today, with the Christmas markets, it was sold out. Let's move on to the food: we limited ourselves to an appetizer and two first courses, which I would say were exceptional: Pici alla boscaiola and fettuccine with truffles. The pasta was strictly homemade.
The red wine by the glass was good and pleasant. We'll return later.

We came to Villa San Giovanni to walk the Three Villages Trail and stumbled upon this trattoria. We couldn't have asked for more: a family-friendly, traditional atmosphere, a wide selection of quality local dishes on the menu, and helpful waiters. The pezzata di pecora (sheep's meat) is a must-try. We'll be back!

Under new management, what can I say about Peppone?
We went to Peppone on Saturday evening and it was a real pleasure! There were 10 of us and we opted for their Roman-style pizza; it was delicious and light. But what really made the difference was the young team running the place: the owners and waiters were all super helpful, friendly, and personable. You can tell they care about making you feel good and giving their best. The service was fast and efficient, even though the place was packed. Congratulations to everyone, we'll definitely be back.

Rustic and informal atmosphere, authentic food—all the dishes were delicious, and the professionalism of the kitchen is also reflected by the always attentive and helpful wait staff. In addition to lunch, we also ordered the "Peppone Box," a snack and packed lunch that we brought with us on the Three Villages Walk. An original, practical, and much-appreciated idea!

Local food, authentic and impeccably prepared. Exceptional dining room service, with a smiling staff, always attentive and ready to offer advice. We also really enjoyed the wine from a local winery. An experience definitely worth repeating!
