This is my must-try every time I'm in Savelli. The owner is friendly and always offers the best recommendations. The menu is typical of the Sila area, with a generous appetizer that changes daily and a variety of courses, catering for all tastes, from cured meats and cheeses to vegetables prepared in various ways. The first courses are delicious. The wine list is extensive, with many typical Calabrian wines. A must-try if you're in Savelli. Excellent prices, around €30 per person, including Pizzo truffles. Locale tranquillo dove i piatti sono buoni. Il sapore è tipico delle cucine montane, semplici e saporiti. Mi ha ricordato la pasta in casa fatta da mia nonna. Consigliato.
