I came back after many years, and I was really surprised. Everything is taken care of in the smallest details, from the shiny cutlery to the real flowers on the table. The service is fast and of a truly rare kindness, the waitresses in fact pamper you, they are smiling and professional. The food, what can I say, top quality!! absolutely fair prices. Well done, well done well done.

Passing through for work we enter this restaurant, they make us wait very little on the menu you can choose between beef and colt. My colleague and I choose a beef fillet excellent tender cooked perfect. Fair price for the quality of the food.

This is a very famous restaurant in the area and does not need advertising for locals. I’ll write about my impressions; I eat little and rarely meat, but if I do eat it, it’s in places like this. The most tender tartare and tagliata (fillet), a variety of homemade meat snacks, I highly recommend.

Cogliendo l’occasione di una visita a Marostica, ci siamo fermati a pranzo in questa meravigliosa storica trattoria, specializzata in carni (annessa c’è anche la macelleria) ed in particolare di puledro / cavallo. Qualità dei piatti egregia, carta dei vini e dei liquori ricchissima, personale molto garbato e professionale, il conto è stato in linea con quanto consumato. La trattoria è prevalentemente frequentata da gente del posto, quindi non turistica, e questo è un’ottimo indicatore a loro favore. Un sosta molto gradita e se ricapiterò da queste parti ritornerò volentieri da Paeto.

Mamma mia, che posto. Serata iper improvvisata per festeggiare un compleanno. Eravamo in quattro e abbiamo tentato di chiamare per avere un tavolo per cena verso le 19:30. Avevano posto per le 21:15 e ovviamente, viste le recensioni e considerato il nostro desiderio di puledro e simili, abbiamo aspettato. Ne è assolutamente valsa la pena, con un bicchiere di spritz in mano, nel frattempo. Tre di noi hanno preso una tartare di puledro da 170 g, come in foto, accompagnata da salse. Divina e unica, mai mangiata prima una cosa simile, di puledro, poi. Poi, fiorentina di puledro da 2.2 kg, da mangiare in tre, mentre io ho ordinato un piatto di assaggi misti di puledro (polenta, tagliata, spezzatino meraviglioso e bistecchine in salsa). Ho anche assaggiato la fiorentina: spaziale. Accanto alla fiorentina e alla mia carne, una bottiglia di Nebbiolo, molto saporito. Il tutto servito con accuratezza e professionalità, ma senza saccenza, cosa rara. Non avevamo posto per i dolci, ve lo assicuro, quindi tre caffè e tre amari offerti al banco hanno chiuso la serata. Prezzi più che onesti, quindi siamo stati molto contenti. Il mio piatto veniva 15 Euro e ho mangiato molto e bene; le tartare, se non erro, intorno ai 13 Euro l'una. Per la fiorentina, prezzo ragionevole, nella media, direi, e siamo gente che gira a ristoranti per serate indimenticabili. Questa lo è stata. Consigliato!
