We went to the trattoria da Paeto for my mother's birthday and the experience was truly excellent! Starting from the appetizers, we tasted a horse meat tartare with truffle, simply delicious, and a mix of specialties with salami heated in a pan with polenta, shredded meat and a small tartare, all authentic and well-balanced flavours. As a first course, the gnocchi with butter and shredded meat were soft and tasty, with a simple but perfectly balanced sauce. The mix of meat for the second course was the real protagonist of the day: steak with horse sauce, stew, polenta and sliced ​​meat, all cooked to perfection and served in generous portions. To end on a sweet note, we chose meringue pie with eggnog and cream and a cheesecake with toffee and pralined almonds: both desserts were exquisite. The only small flaw was the baked potatoes, not all cooked evenly, but overall the lunch was exceptional. The service was impeccable, with kind and attentive staff, and the warm and welcoming atmosphere made the evening even more pleasant. The bill, 165 euros for 4, was absolutely adequate for the quality and quantity of the dishes. It's the second time I've come here, highly recommended for meat lovers!

An excellent restaurant specializing in horse meat dishes. We were here to celebrate a friend's birthday and were not mistaken in choosing the location. I don’t eat horse meat, so I ordered the main dishes from beef, I liked everything exclusively, from the tender tartare for appetizer to dessert. The staff is very polite and efficient. The owner of the establishment is hospitable and even gave us a good discount due to the large group. Inside the establishment itself is very cozy and comfortable, everything is ergonomic and tasteful. I highly recommend it.

First time in this place, nice environment, kind and helpful waiters. Service quite precise and fast.. I ate the foal tartare with truffle as a starter.. very good.. I highly recommend it... second course, sliced ​​foal with rosemary. .good flavor, shame about the not very tender meat..I struggled to cut and chew despite the perfect cooking..it can happen..I reserve the right to try again on future occasions..the side dishes are good but of slightly smaller quantity lower than the norm.. I would therefore have expected a slightly lower price than what I ate.. still within the norm for the type of restaurant.. to try again!!

From the aperitif to the dessert everything is perfect. The service girls are very kind, quick and friendly. The food is based on spectacular foal. The price aligned with what we consumed!
