Highly recommended, comfortable room, cleanliness 🔝, wonderful welcome and staff. They offer a delicious breakfast buffet. You can eat in the restaurant, everything cooked to perfection. The attention to detail and customer service are exceptional. 5 ⭐ for everything. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Dinner by the lake. We'd requested a typical local dish, sbroscia, a local lake fish soup. After ensuring they had the freshest catch, they gave us the green light, and we each ended up with a large earthenware bowl filled with a wide variety of fish, potatoes, cherry tomatoes, and mint. The flavor was incredible, accompanied by slices of toasted bread. It was so generous that we barely finished it. All washed down with excellent local Est Est Est. The price was very fair and the quality exceptional, something to remember forever.

I can only speak about the restaurant. It's in an excellent location on the Marta lakefront, overlooking Lake Bolsena. It features a very large and refined interior dining room, all glass-enclosed, overlooking the lake. I had lunch in the outdoor area, which is even closer to the lake and therefore even more charming. The tables are shaded by large umbrellas and under beautiful, thick trees, and there's a fair amount of distance between tables, ensuring a decent amount of privacy. The owner is very kind and efficient, and the rest of the staff is attentive and professional. While we were waiting, they brought us some homemade olive oil to enjoy on bread...truly excellent. The food was tasty: good quality ingredients, well presented, and in just the right quantities. The bill was in line with the amount we ate.

We didn't use the hotel service, but only a dinner at 9:30 PM without a reservation. We were greeted by a very kind and knowledgeable waiter who took us straight to our table. We ordered: three-grain spaghetti, scampi, and citrus fruits (pictured)—delicious, creamy, and you could taste both the slight tartness of the citrus fruits (which added a touch of class) and the freshness of the scampi; fried mixed seafood with shrimp tempura—unfortunately, we didn't take a photo, but it would have been inviting just by looking at it😋... light yet crunchy, truly excellent, even the accompanying yogurt and thyme sauce... ABSURD!; last but not least, the seafood salad—we didn't take a photo of this either, but it was truly soft and delicate... you could taste the freshness of the fish! Each dish was carefully presented, they were truly beautiful even just to look at! We were very satisfied with our dinner! Really good and kind!

We went for lunch today and it was a truly wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the restaurant offers a truly sensational view of the lake. The food was perfect. Both the appetizer and the fried seafood were delicious. The tiramisu was also excellent. We had a wonderful day. We'll definitely be back. Congratulations. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I can only speak for the food, which I tried today. The location is wonderful along the lakeside. You eat overlooking the lake, which is very charming. The service is decent, average. Perhaps it could use more coordination. The food is good, perhaps a bit too heavy on ingredients. It's definitely worth a try!
