I've been to Otello restaurant several times and have always found the food to be excellent and the customer service truly attentive. The gluten-free options are varied and carefully selected. The setting is elegant and overlooks Lake Bolsena.

A location where kindness, professionalism, and quality combine at the highest levels. We highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant. Breakfast was more than satisfactory. The restaurant menu perfectly reflects the local dishes.

The Cozza de Marinare was so delicious that we forgot to photograph it, but the homemade Spaghetti Vongole made it happen. They were the best I've ever eaten, and I love the dish. The service was also super friendly.

A beautiful hotel with a splendid view of Lake Bolsena. The room was clean and welcoming, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. It's a strategic location for exploring the surrounding area. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back.

Fantastic location, very central, overlooking the lake with ample private parking.
Hotel with a garden and pool and lots of new apartments behind it, with simple but comfortable rooms... although the air conditioning doesn't work very well... breakfast could be improved, really very poor... two days, always the same old donut and stale croissants.

Highly recommended, comfortable room, cleanliness 🔝, wonderful welcome and staff. They offer a delicious breakfast buffet. You can eat in the restaurant, everything cooked to perfection. Dinner by the lake. We'd requested a typical local dish, sbroscia, a local lake fish soup. After ensuring they had the freshest catch, they gave us the green light, and we each ended up with a large earthenware bowl filled with a wide variety of fish, potatoes, cherry tomatoes, and mint. The flavor was incredible, accompanied by slices of toasted bread. It was so generous that we barely finished it. All washed down with excellent local Est Est Est. The price was very fair and the quality exceptional, something to remember forever.
