Given that we are talking about the bistro (as in the photo) and not the restaurant which has another management. Having said that, the bistro is a comfortable place, with good quality yeasts, pastries and ice creams. It has a wide and thoughtful choice of excellent wine labels and also cigars, stored in a humidifier. The aperitifs are good and you can have lunch or dinner with a not extensive but varied menu of well-prepared meat and fish. Friendly and professional welcome. I know nothing about the actual restaurant.

We stayed one night at the resort, wonderful room overlooking the pool and hot tub. For dinner we went to the hotel restaurant and were even more satisfied. The food was delicious (we ate fish), so much so that we had the same starter twice. Note of credit to the boy who served us both in the restaurant and at the reception, Daniele, who was very kind and professional. We will definitely be back!

We stopped for a break at the bar and had an ice cream cone. The bar is a medium-high level bar, very well looked after and the ice cream is very good. However, it would be appropriate to also provide table service and take care of the outside a little more. Overall recommended.

Un ristorantone che farebbe pensare ad un servizio e ad una cucina "di massa" ma non è affatto così. L'ambiente innanzi tutto è molto curato, tranquillo e luminoso; ci sono anche tavoli all'aperto. Il servizio è sollecito e gentile, la cucina spazia dalla terra al mare con piatti validi e ben eseguiti. Noi abbiamo optato per il pesce, le porzioni erano ben calibrate e gustose. I prezzi sono in linea con la cura dell'insieme e con la freschezza della materia prima. Un indirizzo valido!

16/08/2024: Non-existent service, I don't agree with the management. Having to pay for everything extra. We could use the swimming pool, without deckchairs, breakfast with queues of over ten people, because since the swimming pool was open to the public, the bar was also shared. Obviously chaos reigned supreme. Congratulations to the four unfortunate people who managed it all

La Piccola Trattoria da Patrizio

31/07/2024: Buona trattoria, cibo nella media, il primo piatto alla viterbese ottimo, la carbonara buona, la cacioepepe scarsa. Il prezzo è buono per non dire economico, conviene prendere il menù da 20€ perché prendendo i piatti singoli ( i primi piatti più un antipasto solo) vengo la stessa cifra. I piatti sono più che abbondanti.
