15/09/2024: A pleasant discovery. The farmhouse is located on a hill from which you can enjoy a spectacular view. The atmosphere you breathe is a feeling of freedom, serenity and peace. The welcome, courtesy and availability of Mrs. Roberta, her husband Giulio and her son Davide alone deserve top marks. But it is at the table that excellence is achieved. A mix of tradition and creativity. A pleasure for the palate. We honestly didn't expect such quality and goodness. We tasted several appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, dessert, coffee, an excellent house Chianti and a delicious passito wine. The farm boasts the "organic" denomination: we can't believe it. Each course was a symphony of genuine flavours, long-lost flavors that recall a time gone by when things were done with passion and love. Even vegetarians will find their paradise here, but, for those who appreciate such tasty free-range chicken and Chianina, they cannot be missed. Try it to believe it! Clearly we took some of these flavors home with us: it is in fact possible to purchase oil, wine, sauces, jams and other products of our own production, always depending on seasonal availability. In short, a pleasant, very pleasant discovery. Absolutely worth repeating.
