Spectacular lunch! I went for lunch with my mother on a Monday and had the opportunity to enjoy a pleasant lunch break in the warm atmosphere of this trattoria, where my mother often comes with her sisters. With the first cool autumn breeze, I particularly appreciated the warm warmth of the large fireplace in the center of the room, where some inviting polenta slices were already toasting. We had two appetizers: cheese only for me (I loved the lightly smoked ricotta served warm) and a mix of cheeses and cured meats for my mother. To follow, she had the rabbit stew, as always (really good, flavorful, and spicy), while I ordered a bag of beef... and here the owner surprised me, serving me a beautiful neck steak, divided into three pieces, with just enough fat to make it so tender and delicious. It literally melted in my mouth. I think it's one of the best steaks I've ever tasted! Made with locally raised beef, as the host told me, and cooked it right in the fireplace before my eyes! The side dishes and polenta toasted over the fire were also delicious. Last but not least... a couple friends of the owners came in and brought the first chestnuts of the season. They were immediately roasted over the open fire, complete with a live pan-frying! We concluded the meal with these delicious chestnuts and a taste of red must (it almost tasted like strawberries!), courtesy of the friendly owner! I felt right at home, and the quality of the ingredients was truly exceptional. The price was very fair, and I'll gladly return, perhaps even to try the homemade blackberry grappa I spotted on the counter. Highly recommended!

Scendendo in moto dal Monte Grappa quasi ad Alano si trova questa bella trattoria Ottima possibilità di parcheggio lungo la strada con tavoli anche all'esterno Atmosfera molto informale e piatti semplici ma molto molto buoni Ho mangiato tagliatelle al ragù bianco d'anatra che erano a dir poco favolose con una quantità industriale di ragù ed uno spezzatino di cervo con polenta bianca fatta in casa e arrostita sulla brace nel camino a vista che c'è all' interno. Con bere e caffè ho speso 27€ e me ne sono andato sazio e soddisfatto Direi che è da consigliare a tutti

Ieri sera, con gli ex colleghi di lavoro sono stato alla trattoria. Ci hanno preparato una bella tavolata all'interno vicino al focolare. Ho notato che ci sono anche tavoli all'esterno, molto pittoristici e con una vista sulle terre venete fino al mare (tempo permettendo). Ognuno ha scelto pietanze differenti, io ho optato per la grigliata che è risultata buona, vari contorni condivisi ed ho preso anche il loro strudel (ottimo). Si vive un'atmosfera famigliare ed è ideale per sfuggire alla calura estiva...
