It is a nice restaurant, we chose it because it was close to our house and the reviews were good. I went on Wednesday evening at 8 pm, there was no room, but since it was close to my house, I put my name on the list and they made an appointment for half an hour later, so I could sit inside, the waiters' English was sufficient and they were very understanding and friendly. When we expressed our sensitivity about pork, lard and alcohol, they made it very clear that their chef was Egyptian (or Muslim, I'm not sure) and that pork products would not be mixed into our orders, which made me very comfortable. In this way, me, my wife and my 7-year-old daughter had our dinner here. Our elderly waiters were alert for their age, had good communication skills and were especially understanding of children. The atmosphere was a classic Italian restaurant, tables close together, simple and clean decoration and furniture. I guess there weren't many tourists, so it wasn't expensive either. We paid a total of 47.5 euros for a mushroom fettucine, a lasagna, fried zucchini flowers, artichokes, a margarita and a liter of mineral water, I think the price was reasonable. Except for the margarita, everything else tasted great. Margarita was good, like the ones we've had in other places, but it didn't have a taste that would make a difference. It's a place I can recommend, especially if you are sensitive about pork and alcohol.

Best meal on our entire Rome-stay. Lasanga was unbelivable and melted on my tounge. The spicy pasta was also delicious. The house wine and service was also great.

6.4.25 we had lunch at Michele's today, a revelation for us who have been frequenting Rome for some time. a Roman-style artichoke, soft, tasty, well cooked, opened the lunch. Then some tonnarelli cacio e pepe of an indescribable sweetness, nothing like the other times we ate them in Rome, tonnarelli well made and even better cooked. A real delight. Followed by a superb grilled lamb, tender, tasty, very well cooked. Puntarelle with a very delicate anchovy sauce were a discovery, I had always found them stewed and that was it. Blonde textbook baked potatoes, soft and well seasoned. And then the ending which definitively confirmed an already more than positive opinion, the desserts. A tiramisu with ladyfingers soaked to perfection, leaving a consistency that was the right counterpoint to a cream as light as clouds and yet delicious. The ricotta and sour cherry cake with a sabble pastry, its fragrance, its perfume make me another masterpiece. All that remains is to go and try everything, everything exudes the passion of an entire family that works with great passion and expertise. Chapeau

A true authentic Italian food experience. In Rome there are many hits or miss. Here it is a big hit. The pasta is cooked to perfection and the service is very welcoming.

Ristorante romano vero. Tutto quello che abbiamo gustato su suggerimento di Gianluca, contitolare del ristorante, è stato impeccabile e squisito. Prezzo onesto. Siamo rimasti ultrasoddisfatti sia del cibo che dell'ospitalità e servizio. Non posso dire altro che bene di questo locale. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro

Contattato per la vicinanza al teatro brancaccio ci assicurano subito la possibilità di cenare nei tempi per assistere allo spettacolo. Personale gentile, disponibile, simpatico e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Ottima carne e soprattutto il tiramisù. Consigliatissimo per cena pre-spettacolo e non solo.
