Si mangia molto bene, bar e ristorante molto puliti. Ottima la materia prima, personale gentile e disponibile. Ci siamo fermati come sosta per andare in Calabria.

It's always a pleasure to come back here. We go almost every year for lunch. The first courses, especially the pappardelle with mushrooms, are a spectacle. Let's not talk about the grilled meat, very tasty. Bread, we haven't had such good bread in a long time. Five of us spent 15 euros each, each one a dish, without dessert and alcohol. Congratulations for everything!

"a restaurant doesn't live on food alone".... August 16, 2024.. the restaurants around are all full, we end up at Giovanni's... We only tasted 2 first courses and an appetizer... honestly good! For the rest... They didn't bring us the paper menu (with the excuse that the cuisine is express and changes every day)... they made us wait a long time, considering that one of the dishes ordered was an appetizer of cold cuts. Low prices, but overall, worth reviewing!

17/11/2024: A true Lucanian discovery!! If you love good food you absolutely must stop by here! They welcomed us with a delicious welcome taster, a starter with a wonderful egg and meat that melted in your mouth!! Fast service and very welcoming staff!! It is always advisable to book as there are not many tables (you can enjoy absolute peace). The road ahead is poorly lit and a little bumpy, follow the direction of Palabasento to avoid taking the long route with the navigator!! We will definitely return for lunch so we can admire the area during the day and taste the other delicacies! Absolutely fair price for the quality of the food!!
04/11/2024: What a fantastic lunch, with genuine and well-prepared food. If you are in the area don't forget to book and pamper yourself a little (The "strascenati" are delicious)
