For me it's a beautiful place, simple as we like it, where you eat very well and they're very kind! We will definitely be back.

We really liked this traditional trattoria, in a rustic and comfortable environment with a stove and fireplace lit! Local products, prepared properly and in generous portions. Risotto with shanks was fantastic, even the one with quails made my husband cry! Great Dino, who lovingly passes on his mother's experience... we will definitely return the next time we go up to Paullo! Update in December 2024: everything was excellent, from starters to dessert, with a single (but serious) flaw: the saffron and zola tagliolini! Good and tasty, but the tagliolini were really TOO overcooked... a shame! They had no consistency, they were undone, it was basically like eating semolina... I hope it was a one-off oversight, we will certainly try to return, but... watch out for the cooking times of fresh pasta!

Great find, great meal. Cuisine, quality, service and perfect timing for those who want to peacefully enjoy a lunch just fifteen minutes from the "wear and tear of modern life". It deserves....

Friendliness, education and professionalism, truly a wonderful reward

Rustic cuisine with a decent choice of typical dishes.

We ate today in this very nice trattoria: a starter caramelized onions €10 a second course braised meat with polenta €18 2 place settings total water €35. Medium-small portions braised meat a little tough overall acceptable. I would say not an unforgettable experience.

Stop almost by chance, rustic restaurant atmosphere with many memorabilia of a past as a cyclist and vintage photos. We enjoyed 3 first courses (2 risottos with herbs and 1 tagliolini with ragù divided into 2, generous portions for our girls), braised meat with polenta and carpaccio with sautéed potatoes, chestnut, chocolate salami, 2 coffees, water and 1/4 house wine €93. We appreciated the first courses more than the second courses, among the second courses the braised carpaccio was better. We will come back for a better review.
