21/12/2024: Particular place, limited number of tables, minimalist style. In the enjoyable background, amazing old French music. On one wall the neon writing "Everything is possible" gives an idea of the gastronomic philosophy behind the project. Luca, the co-owner together with Chef Luigi, takes us by the hand on a sensorial journey made up of six fish-based courses, caressed by original, surprising formulas, without specific boundaries and often illuminated by the scented gaze of the citrus fruits of the Campi Flegrei. The wine pairing is rigorous in its perfection, from the appetizer to the dessert. At the end of dinner, we find ourselves reflecting, amazed, on the exhilaration of the palate we have just experienced. Highly recommended restaurant, which rightfully enters the culinary memory, immersed in an area unique in terms of beauty, history and personality.
01/12/2024: The "Hosteria Bugiarda" promises well and... NEVER lies. Not only in photos, but also in person, both the environment and the dishes are excellent, meticulously cared for in every detail, and denote a great gastronomic and aesthetic taste of the owners Luigi, Luca and Rossella, well assisted by their collaborators. The cuisine of the Hosteria Bugiarda is strongly anchored in the Mediterranean culinary tradition, with wise and refined reinterpretations that make all the dishes, including desserts, even more pleasant to the eye and to the taste. The cellar is stocked with the best and most representative labels of Campania, Italian and international wine production. The original and welcoming room is beautiful, characterized by a ceiling with pastel green tufaceous stones, while the toilet is a real gem, and the small private car park located in a lush citrus grove is wonderful.
