We tasted delicious typically Roman dishes such as carbonara, spaghetti with cacio e pepe, linguine with lemon and fried anchovies cooked with love and passion. Furthermore, the waiters were very friendly and attentive to the guests. I highly recommend Gildo!!

During our stay in Rome, we went for dinner twice. Two families with 5 children. Exceptional treatment, friendly and close. The food is great, they have a wood oven and are well priced. A very charming place, the spring pizza is totally recommended

While randomly walking through the streets of Trastevere, we felt like tiramisu and went in. We were not expecting such a taste. We recommend it to everyone.

A pizza and pasta restaurant at the entrance to the Trastevere neighborhood (if you come from the Vatican). The pizzas were very good and at a good price. The waitress and the waiter who served us were kind to us. A recommendable restaurant.

ADVISED! Very good value for money! Very good food. Raw materials of safe quality. Very good starters, delicious Roman tripe and Gricia, Carbonara... mmmhhh, we are in Trastevere, guys, pay a little more attention to the egg!! (almost turned into an omelette) a little more bacon and pepper, I would define it as a "spring" carbonara that is a little too light. Very very courteous service, a little slow and, in my opinion, not very inclined to please customers, perhaps only because the staff in the kitchen and dining room is undersized. However I would definitely go back.
