I live 65 km away, but it's worth coming. Excellent menu, interesting and well-balanced dishes, all flavors are distinctive.
The cellar is amazing, with 1,600 labels, perhaps 25,000-30,000 bottles, the fifth largest in Italy. After you finish, ask to tour the cellar; they'll be happy to do so.
The wine pairing is also excellent; the sommelier is very knowledgeable.
The desserts and accompanying dessert wines are also excellent; I recommend the balloon (see photo).

Extremely friendly staff and a professional welcome. After an excellent Americano, we opted for the tasting menu.
The visual presentation of the food, combined with the tableware, made each course a small work of art. The sequence of dishes was well planned. The timing was almost perfect. The wine list is comprehensive and offers a decent selection in terms of price and quality.
A wonderful culinary experience in the heart of the Prosecco region. Prices are high, but in keeping with the quality. A perfect culinary evening.
I will definitely be back and am already looking forward to it.

Work led me to Ristorante Da Gigetto, and the continuation of the commitment gave me the opportunity to dine on site. An opportunity that turned out to be a privilege.
Gigetto has long been an authoritative and recognized presence in the Venetian restaurant scene, but what really struck me – in addition to the quality of the cuisine – was the energy of the people who run it today.
I was lucky enough to exchange a few words with the guys in the service and kitchen: young, prepared, passionate. They are, at this moment, the living voice of the place, its pulsating soul, capable of welcoming you with professionalism and courtesy, but also with a human, direct, never distant tone.
Although the owners were not present in the room, their imprint is strongly felt: in the refined but not pretentious environment, in the coherent food and wine proposal, in the fresh, dynamic and sincerely pleasant atmosphere that envelops every detail.
The visit to the cellar – a true hidden gem – is almost a ritual. An experience that combines history, selection and suggestion, to be lived with attention.
In short, Da Gigetto is a place where tradition meets the present with intelligence, keeping its authority alive and knowing how to renew itself thanks to a young and motivated team. A stage that is not forgotten, indeed: that we hope to repeat.

Welcoming and well-kept structure, welcoming staff. We ordered a tasting menu that was also adapted on the spot for a vegetarian guest.
It included almost all the dishes on the menu so you could try a little bit of everything.
The final touch of the cellar tour was really worth it.
An experience to relive.
