My fav and the best local restaurant!

I was on the Rome-Florence highway and we went out to find this restaurant. It was wonderful. Too bad it's far from our house.

The courtesy and kindness of the ladies in the dining room are disarming, a welcome so genuine that it alone is enough to put you in a good mood. From the first few minutes, I felt pampered, but it was their constant attentiveness, combined with the dishes prepared with care and attention, that truly won me over. Each course reflects a genuine approach to dining that is rare these days. The location is another strong point: it's right next to the Magliano Sabina highway exit, making it extremely convenient for a stopover during a trip. The prices are fair, while the warm, informal atmosphere creates that pleasant feeling of being "at home," without sacrificing quality. A place truly worth a visit: I will gladly return and recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for good food, a sincere welcome, and a feel-good atmosphere.
