Typical local cuisine of the highest quality, I went 3 times and there was nothing I didn't like! Rustic and familiar atmosphere, modest prices. Highly recommended!

Small trattoria near the Magliano Sabina motorway exit...a very simple and spartan place but where I ate some very good Chianina fettuccine, a very good tripe, a nice mixed grill that they only do on Sundays and very very good also the sautéed vegetables. Good quality price ... very kind staff ... both Angelica and Sabrina were very good. MUST TRY

You must stop here!!! Best restaurant we’ve eaten at during our small trip to the Tuscany. We stoped here on our way to Tuscany and it was definetly a must when we were on our way back to Rome. Service is incredible, all of them made an effort to communicate with as (we spanish people) and the food was glorious.

When we pass by on the highway it is now a must stop. You eat very well all local dishes. Friendly staff and fair prices.

We were looking for a place to eat near the highway exit and we found this fantastic restaurant where we ate 2 first courses and a second course typical of the place. Everything was very good and above all the staff were very kind and welcoming. If you pass by here, stop by, it's worth it.😁

Ottima trattoria casareccia frequentata da locali e qui già dice tutto. Servizio simpaticissimo qualità nel cibo e nel ciliegino della casa. Fettuccine erbe con chianina curatela plus e buono antipasto conto da trattoria da camionisti. Bella giornata

Per chi come me non ama il cibo degli autogrill, “da Giancarla” resta una valida alternativa se ti trovi sull’autostrada A1 nei pressi di MAGLIANO SABINA…. L’osteria è situata all’interno di un’area di servizio ad 1,5 km. dal casello di MAGLIANO SABINA. L’atmosfera, il servizio e la location sono tipiche dell’osteria romanesca così come le pietanze proposte. Buoni i tagliolini all’amatriciana Bianca aromatizzata (una sorta di gricia leggermente rivista), meno soddisfacente il classico bucatino all’amatriciana (velatamente scotta la pasta e poco spadellata tanto da presentare un piccolissimo strato liquido in fondo al piatto); di secondo un misto brace sufficiente per due persone, una cicoria ripassata, una patata arrosto, mezzo litro vino e caffè… 54€. Consigliato.
