Just off the Magliano Sabina exit on the A1, it's a fantastic alternative to the dreary Autogrill.
Exquisitely prepared Lazio dishes, service that's an understatement, and very fair prices make Giancarla one of my favorite places to eat when traveling to or from Rome.

Food made with love and dedication. All local produced food and local recepies. We had a look in the kitchen and it was very clean and organized. Seems to be an all women operated place and we loved it!

If you're on the Autostrada del Sole and don't want to be ripped off by the many service stations, exit at Magliano Sabina. 800 meters to the right of the exit is this small restaurant next to a gas station. Family-run, very friendly and welcoming. The food is traditional and good quality, including excellent pasta all'amatriciana and cacio e pepe, Cinta Senese ragù, and delicious traditional local dishes. Bruschetta is a welcome treat. The lamb offal is fabulous. The Taze bao, which they use to show you the menu, is a curious touch. It's a worthwhile stop if you're passing through during lunchtime. Fair prices. A truly pleasant experience.

Excellent restaurant located right off the highway, a truly welcoming place with rustic charm, family-run, and an authentic and relaxed atmosphere. The dishes are authentic, prepared with top-quality ingredients and crafted with passion: you can sense their love for traditional cuisine. We had the pleasure of dining in the air-conditioned dining room, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The owners were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. If I'm in the area again, I won't hesitate to return: a truly worthwhile stop! The quality/price ratio is more than excellent. I highly recommend it. July 2025

A homey restaurant serving well-prepared, traditional local cuisine. Excellent value. Friendly, fast service. The exterior is a bit off-putting, but upon entering, you'll find a refined, homey atmosphere. Convenient for a stopover on your journey, just 5 minutes from the Magliano Sabina exit. Highly recommended!

A must-see whenever we decide to leave Milan for Sicily, the local food is authentic and very tasty, reminiscent of typical local dishes. It's a five-minute detour from the highway, and highly recommended.

Ci fermiamo sempre negli spostamenti verso Roma. L'ultima volta ci siamo stati 2 volte con la nostra cagnolona (sono i benvenuti!) della quale hanno avuto attenzione particolare.
Primi meravigliosi classici della cucina del posto nel menù ricco e vario. Secondi tipici e bei fine settimana da provare la carne alla brace. Carinissime le ragazze in sala dall'accoglienza, al servizio!

Il vero mangiare della trattoria : a partire dalla qualità delle materie prime e cucinate egregiamente con le ricette del mangiare locale !
Il mangiare semplice non è semplice fare , proprio perché non si può ingannare il sapore con aggiunta di ingredienti innovativi .
L’ambiente anche é semplice ma accogliente come anche accoglienti sono le signore in sala .
