We had lunch at Da Giancarla and had a truly positive experience. The dishes were excellent, with authentic flavors, generous portions, and carefully prepared. The value for money was excellent: we ate really well for a more than reasonable price. Also noteworthy is the kindness, helpfulness, and attentiveness shown toward customers—qualities that always make the difference. It's one of those places where you feel welcomed and immediately want to return. Highly recommended!

A restaurant serving typical local dishes, very reasonable prices, and delicious, homemade food. The Roman-style tripe with mint was exceptional. Four stars also for the kindness, which is rare these days. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

My partner and I arrived around 3:30 PM on April 25th and were still greeted fabulously by the very kind ladies. Super-fast service, excellent food, and a welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

I've always eaten very well...and for a typical trattoria, the prices are very reasonable. The wait is never long, and in the meantime, everyone is brought a welcome bruschetta with super-delicious olive oil.
The staff is always super kind and helpful...they always welcome you with a big smile, which is not a given. Well done to all the women at Giancarla's restaurant ❤️
