We ate at "Da Gaetano" for lunch on December 8th. We arrived at 2:30 PM, and the staff was very kind in seating us despite the late hour. It's not possible to make changes to the menu, but the lady who served us was helpful. The polenta with sparerib sauce was very good, as was the homemade tiramisu.

We've been returning to this restaurant, located in the Prenestini Mountains just outside Rome, for years. The atmosphere is refined, the owners are friendly, and the staff are welcoming. The restaurant, founded by Grandfather Gaetano, offers traditional dishes with a delightful twist. It's a family-friendly atmosphere that welcomes guests and puts them at ease. The flavors are authentic, worthy of dishes prepared with the finest ingredients. Rich appetizers, homemade first courses, and excellent meats, always grilled! Fresh and delicious side dishes. A wide selection of classic desserts, including traditional pastries and tarts with local jams. Highly recommended... especially for those seeking a relaxing and enjoyable experience in these locations, which offer fantastic views and sacred sites.

Ersilia and Francesco are super attentive to their customers' needs, they follow you step by step, they explain each dish to you, everything is prepared to perfection, made fresh and of excellent quality...superlative food from appetizer to dessert...we were pleasantly surprised!!! We had a quality Sunday, excellent food, friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious environment. We will definitely be back.

Found by chance, authentic food and flavors reminiscent of the past. Attentive service and comfortable setting. We'll definitely be back. I recommend a stroll through the quaint village.
