Right in the center of Capranica, a beautiful and spacious restaurant. The service was slow, and they forgot one order (a plate of ravioli), which arrived with our liqueurs. We ordered the pizza, which was hard and lacking in mozzarella.

Sometimes you should trust your impressions rather than the stars of the reviews... We entered with some doubts given what we had seen, but the atmosphere changed from the welcome. Kindness, cordiality and availability from the staff. The wood fire in the oven was the second plus point. Following the pleasantness of the environment, the menu provided, the substantial appetizer and the fresh ricotta and spinach ravioli, good and above all lots. Just a warning: if you opt for the raviol(on)i, be careful to cover yourself well: they are "dangerous" like a well-seasoned bucatini! We will definitely return, since the curiosity for the grilled meat and pizza must be satisfied. See you soon!

Il ristorante e' situato nella piazza di Capranica P. e si notano subito gli Archi dell'ingresso.Antipasto di bruschette miste con tagliere
di formaggi e confetture,primo
piatto con tagliatelle ai funghi porcini.
Torta millefoglie al cioccolato,
amaro (specialita'della casa) e caffe'.Consigliato per la buona cucina e la posizione in cui si trova.

Trovandomi a capranica prenestina, di passaggio per una breve visita al paese ma diretto a subiaco, verso le 12,15 con la pioggia e la nebbia e la prospettiva di arrivare a destinazione oltre i tempi previsti ho deciso di fermarmi a mangiare in questo ristorante che si affaccia sulla piazza.
Buona l'accoglienza ricevuta, ci veniva prospettato subito un piatto fuori menù al quale non abbiamo potuto resistere, la polenta.
cosi, dopo un buon antipasto, ci siamo gustati la polenta con spuntatura e salsiccia, buonaaa, poi mi sono tolto un piccolo sfizio ordinando funghi porcini arrosto anche questi buoni tutto accompagnato da un buon vino il cesanese.
Come ho detto è stata una scelta casuale ma si è rivelata azzeccata.
