Today we stopped at Ristorante Gaetano in Capranica, where we found a warm welcome from the staff, excellent service, and SUPERB food: everything delicious and homemade. Highly recommended to anyone visiting this mountain town just a stone's throw from Rome.

Having reached Guadagnolo as our motorcycle tour destination, we decided to stop at the Ristorante da Gaetano in Capranica Prenestina.
Well, the reviews spoke for themselves, but I have to say it exceeded our expectations.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was very spacious.
We started with the appetizers: cheeses, cured meats, ricotta, and perfectly seasoned tomato bruschetta.
We continued with the first courses, with excellent agnolotti with meat sauce, and to finish with desserts: tiramisu and millefeuille deconstructed.
A special mention also goes to the oil used for the dressing.
Everything was excellent! We will definitely be back.

Right in the center of Capranica, a beautiful and spacious restaurant. The service was slow, and they forgot one order (a plate of ravioli), which arrived with our liqueurs. We ordered the pizza, which was hard and lacking in mozzarella.

Il ristorante e' situato nella piazza di Capranica P. e si notano subito gli Archi dell'ingresso.Antipasto di bruschette miste con tagliere
di formaggi e confetture,primo
piatto con tagliatelle ai funghi porcini.
Torta millefoglie al cioccolato,
amaro (specialita'della casa) e caffe'.Consigliato per la buona cucina e la posizione in cui si trova.

Ristorante grande e accogliente. Abbiamo mangiato antipasto della casa di prodotti freschi e molto buoni, 2 primi e un secondo con contorno, tutto ottimo e gradevole. Gentile e sveltissimo tutto il personale, un pranzo che ci ha proprio soddisfatto. Alla prossima.
