On the advice of friends, we set off from Cavo for Porto Azzurro. Parking was difficult to find, but the food was delicious. We were treated very well, and the place was very welcoming. Perhaps a little pricey ;-)

An unforgettable evening with the owners, Stefano and Angela, exceptional and very welcoming! Not to mention Floriano's wonderful tagliolini with flaked bottarga and clams. The dishes were generous and beautifully presented. The appetizer was sea bass flan on a bed of shellfish cream and eggplant parmigiana...what can I say?

A very nice, authentic Italian restaurant in the alleys of Porto Arzzuro. The landlady is extremely friendly. The waiter (a slim, short man) is extremely attentive. He is very quick and has a great view of the area. We were very satisfied with the food and can recommend the restaurant to everyone.

Sehr gutes Essen, sehr nettes Personal. Schöne Sitzgelegenheit mit Bänken am Hang. Uns wurde kurz vor Mittagspause (14:30 Uhr) noch ein Tisch angeboten.

Posto consigliato da un locale e dobbiamo dire “superlativo” Personale super cortese ed attento ! Velocissimi ! Piatti proposti molto vari e per tutti i gusti. Noi abbiamo scelto un antipasto da condividere a base di alici , veramente speciali, i primi da ristorante stellato , gnocchi con polipo sublimi e linguine con bottarga e vongole veraci da Oscar ! Branzino al forno da 3 kg porzioni to con verdure al forno , una prelibatezza ! Noi è la prima volta che veniamo all’Elba,abbiamo gia provato altri ristoranti, ma qui sicuramente prima di andare via ci ritorniamo merita!

15/10/2025: Savory with a reasonably well-stocked bakery, good pastries and desserts. The staff wasn't very attentive. I asked for a glass of water, but it never arrived.
30/09/2025: My boyfriend and I stopped in for a quick lunch and were extremely satisfied. We ordered two stuffed focaccias, one with salami and pecorino cheese and one with cooked ham, and both cheeses and cured meats sliced ​​on the spot. We also ordered a slice of pizza rossa, two still waters, and two coffees. We spent less than €8 each for excellent quality, fresh food, and extremely friendly and approachable staff. We'll definitely be back.

Ristorante Dell'Hotel La Conchiglia

26/09/2025: We stayed at this hotel in Cavoli Bay, right on the seafront, for 4 nights. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was superb, with sweet and savory items prepared that morning. The owner, Manuela, along with her staff, Cinzia and Fabio, made us feel at home. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back!
05/09/2025: Hotel La Conchiglia is a wonderful, welcoming place right on the seafront. Manuela is a special person: friendly, thoughtful, and always attentive, with that naturalness that makes you feel instantly at ease. Cinzia, with her sweetness and constant smile, adds warmth and makes every moment even more enjoyable. Together with the entire staff, always kind and friendly, they truly touch the hearts of their guests and make them feel at home. The best part is breakfast, simply wonderful: homemade cakes, pizzas, focaccias, and brioches so delicious you'll want to try them all, accompanied by coffee, cappuccino, or hot milk served at your table. The tables overlook the beach, and there's also a seafront terrace, perfect for reading a good book or relaxing. Our dog was also welcomed with affection, and we spent a truly relaxing week.
