11/08/2025: A good seafood restaurant with generous and, above all, well-cooked dishes. A varied menu featuring classics and a few new dishes. I would recommend making the fried fish a little crispier. The place is welcoming and very clean. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the prices are fair.
05/08/2025: "Da Jair" is funny, but for many new diners, it's just a traditional seafood restaurant. The reality is that there's an exceptional cultural and gastronomic legacy here, first with Jair, to whom painters dedicated paintings and poets recited poems in his name. Today, Ettore carries on all this with respect and attention to reform. I just went to get some creamy scampi risotto to go. While I was eating it, my heart skipped a beat, like watching a movie about your life, a flavor that transcends tradition, history, and gastronomy. Jair is a slice of life for all of us citizens of Fiumicino, and obviously a rewarding experience with a thousand thoughtful touches for those trying it for the first time.
