Well-leavened Neapolitan pizza, especially gourmet pizzas with particular ingredients. We looked for a pizzeria that made Neapolitan pizza, and we chose this one. The place is very nice, tastefully furnished and designed. We only took the pizza because we wanted to enjoy it, but it was medium-small in size and too bready, with a lot of crumbs. Overall good flavor, but didn't leave us wanting to return. There are other Neapolitan pizzerias in the area that are less pretentious and better.

The best pizza in Rome is in Albano. Supreme and uncompromising quality of ingredients. The dough melts in your mouth, it's like poetry. Incomparable manager; staff always friendly and helpful with customers. It is a place that, thanks to an enlightened chef, pushes us to put our habits into play and therefore discover new culinary horizons and combinations that we would never have thought of.

I went to the Da Charlie pizzeria in Albano for the first time. The place is very characteristic and welcoming, with a particular touch in the furnishings, which make the environment original and pleasant. The parking lot is also well looked after and helps to give a good initial impression. The pizza is good, with quality ingredients, but the prices seemed a little high to me, even considering the context and the services offered. Another aspect that didn't convince me is the management of eating shifts. When you go out to dinner or to eat a pizza, you do it to relax and having to constantly look at the clock to keep time is not the best. It's understandable for organizational reasons, but personally I find that this solution takes away some pleasure from dinner. In conclusion, I can recommend the Da Charlie pizzeria to anyone who wants to try a quality pizza in a particular and well-kept place, but personally I don't think I'll return, especially due to the shift system. However, I congratulate the owner of the pizzeria for the place and the excellent pizza.

I've wanted to come to this place for a long time, it was a pleasant discovery!! Very charming place, with soft lights, warm and welcoming environment!! We took suppli which were divine, crispy on the outside, and soft and stringy on the inside!!! Divine special pizzas!! The only flaw is that the pizzas don't all arrive at the same time, yesterday it happened that out of 5 people only one ate, the others arrived too far apart from each other!!!

We practically can't do without their pizza anymore. The dough is of the highest quality, as demonstrated by its digestibility. The cooking is always perfect and the flavors are all refined and balanced. The particularity of fried foods makes them unique. The service is impeccable not only for the speed but for the human quality of the always kind staff. This entire context is enhanced by the Director, a person who, like a good orchestra conductor, knows how to be an excellent primus inter pares capable of creating a relaxed, welcoming and harmonious environment for customers.

Very nice place and outdoor tables in a quiet and pleasant atmosphere... the pizza is superb!!!! Excellent with quality ingredients and also delicious fried foods. The staff were really kind and polite!! Super recommended!!!
