After the disappointment fishing for perch I decided to buy them. Not being used to buying freshwater fish, I can't say for sure whether the prices are high or not, but in my opinion I found them more than reasonable for the excellent quality they offer. Furthermore the staff is very kind. In case of an additional peach coat, I know who to contact!

Excellent restaurant based on lake fish with local specialities, delicious carpione fish and the legendary missolton with polenta, perch with rice in cagnon, both the fishmonger and delicatessen departments present well-groomed and processed fish. Affable and kind staff

Dopo aver comprato il loro pesce per anni, ci siamo decisi ad andare da loro per cena. Pesce pescato da loro. Locale semplice, ma accogliente e pulito, dove di giorno e' anche una pescheria. Piatti interessanti. Da provare.

Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono vista l’alta qualità del prodotto. Mi è piaciuto molto l’insalata finocchio, agrumi e missoltino che considero tra uno dei migliori abbinamenti da me assaggiati per questo prodotto lacustre. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

Ristorante "Il Vapore" - Hotel Risi -

23/08/2024: Great location, good breakfast, close parking, friendly service. Feel the spirit of the past.
16/08/2024: I spent one night in this hotel, but I would not repeat the experience. As positive elements: the positioning of the hotel right on the shore of the lake, theoretically having the advantage of a picturesque view (this if you are lucky enough to get a room facing the lake). The second positive element is the friendliness of the staff. Otherwise, I have nothing good to say: the hotel needs a general rehabilitation, starting with the outdated furniture, the outdoor terrace with a floor made of half-rotted planks, the walls that require a quick painting. The breakfast was mediocre. In conclusion, the quality-price ratio is unacceptable. I do not recommend!

08/08/2024: Unquestionably excellence. Nice and quiet environment, trained and professional staff, quality and attention to food of the highest levels. Definitely recommended!
08/08/2024: This was the best meal of my life. We went to the location in Varenna on the beautiful Lake Como. From the drinks all the way to dessert, everything was incredible. Must visit if you’re in Varenna. Book through The Fork.it.
