The appetizer has various courses always based on artichokes, therefore bruschetta, cheeses, pancakes, fried artichokes etc. The first courses are delicious, especially the fettuccine with artichokes. The meat is something inexplicable, tender and cooked on the embers. Try the artichoke soup. I was impressed by the perfect flavor it has every time.
