I happened by chance at a time when a family member was hospitalized in Piombino. We were treated like friends, pampered, listened to, satisfied. We ate divinely. We appreciated the welcoming and fun service of the owner and his family. I recommend it to you, from the heart and the palate.

I must say worthy of expectations, excellent food although I would never change spaghetti with polo for tagliatelle with octopus. Everything else was perfect, from the wine to the majestic frying, one of the best I've eaten, dry and crunchy. Trained, friendly and helpful staff. Very nice environment. Well done.

Lovely atmosphere, impeccable service. The owner is truly capable of making the customer feel at ease. The same goes for the daughter. Courtesy and competence, a mix that is not always easy to find especially in combination with the quality of the dishes.

Thirty seconds after arriving at the restaurant, we were won over by the friendliness of the owner who welcomed us with a captivating, playful attitude in all his Tuscanness 😅
We ate a land appetizer and fried calamari.
The quality offered is equal if not superior to the friendly welcome.
Fresh products, expertly prepared and masterfully presented, all in a welcoming and informal atmosphere. Top!!

Da Balestra is a restaurant where you are welcomed in a kind and friendly way by both the owner and the employees.
