A place to mark in your Favorites! We noticed the place from the street thanks also to the beautiful flowers surrounding the veranda and we decided to stop for an aperitif. The owner Francesca, who had just opened, sat us down and served the aperitif with a nice platter of cheeses, chips and hot focaccia, accompanied by a delicious craft beer and a glass of wine. Taking a look inside, we liked the place so much that we decided to stop for dinner too. The restaurant welcomes you with a beautiful, inviting gastronomy, full of local, artisanal and refined products. The small restaurant room, immediately adjacent, is refined and carefully furnished with fine furniture and various objects that make you feel at the same time in a boutique and in a family context that has a story to tell. The menu, like everything else, is refined and the quality of the raw materials is evident. I was very impressed by the wine list: extensive and with a nice choice of wines from small Italian and foreign producers, the result of Francesca's passion for wine and which contrasts with those who instead conform to the usual emblazoned labels. Let her advise you and you will make the best choice. The cuisine is of a high standard from starters to desserts and the service, although one expects something more sophisticated, is informal and creates a relaxed environment, a sign that things can be done well without too many frills. (Note of merit for the balance of the spiciness of the sauce that accompanies the Tempura: exceptional) If we are in the area, we will definitely return. Well done!

While passing through on business I discovered Alcide, a place that took me back in time and I stopped for half an hour Since it was afternoon I was able to enjoy an excellent sandwich with Tuscan raw ham, pecorino, tomato salad which I hadn't eaten for a long time I promise I will absolutely come back for lunch Ultra welcoming place, convenient parking in the shade

Locale storico, ambiente familiare e curatissimo. Personale molto professionale. Carta dei vini ampia e di qualità. Le pietanze sono tra le migliori mai assaggiate, sopraffine e originali. Noi abbiamo scelto il menù di pesce ed è stata una vera goduria!!!

The (excellent) quality of the food is undoubted, and the place is known for this, but the wait is very long, and the environment, although nice, is still overlooking the SS Aurelia! The prices are very high and therefore, in my opinion, the performance should be of an absolute level

Era da tempo che ricevevo lodi di questo ristorante da una mia compagna di viaggio per lavoro e di pranzi in ristoranti, periodicamente organizzati in gruppo, così, ieri sera abbiamo deciso di andare a provare le specialità. Molto bello l'ambiente, caldo ed accogliente, nel quale ci siamo subito trovati a nostro agio per la cordialità della Signora che ci ha accolto, ci ha consigliato su tutto per farci sentire al meglio, e con la quale abbiamo trovato anche molti punti in comune su vini ed altro. Ottimi gli antipasti, ed in particolare le polpettine di pescato, ed una gustosa capasanta in una purea di ottimi fagioli zolfini. Per secondo, delle ottime costolette di agnello con impanatura e contorno di verdure, ed un'eccellente anatra all'arancia. Per finire una colomba di qualità accompagnata da cioccolato in mousse. Il tutto innaffiato da un ottimo rosè della zona di Suvereto, mai assaggiato prima. La nostra è stata una decisione dettata dalla curiosità, che avrà certamente seguito, sia da soli, sia con amici e parenti...............grazie, e alla prossima.
