D612 Coffee Roasters In Firenze

Had the pleasure of being able to visit with the owner and sample some of the coffee before making a purchase. He was really knowledgeable and honestly just an all around good person. He helped guide us through the different types of coffee beans and their uses i.e. pour over vs espresso. We ended buying a couple of bags to take back home with us. If you ever find yourself in Florence and are a lover of coffee I strongly recommend you make this one of your stops.

Great coffee, great atmosphere and people!

A little bit of magic, personal attention, and a touch of class! I ordered D612 coffee from the website. I imagined the usual home coffee delivery experience, but it wasn't like that. As soon as I placed the order, I was contacted personally to better understand which coffee machine I was using (to calibrate the grind, adapting it to my needs). Delivery was incredibly fast, the day after I ordered (with other stores, I had to wait up to a couple of weeks). The attention to detail is evident in everything: the box the coffee arrived in has the store's logo, but most importantly, there's also a handwritten thank you note inside. Maybe they're all small touches. But since I'm used to a fairly mediocre experience elsewhere, these small details make a huge difference. Thank you so much for this fantastic experience.
