The explanation of the production process was interesting and highly engaging: our guide Valeria was extremely knowledgeable, and it's always a pleasure to listen to someone so passionate about their work. The tap room segment was also very enjoyable, with an excellent selection of beers to sample... obviously delicious!

Lunch break today. A platter of cold cuts and locally brewed beer on tap. From the plentiful platter, I'll only mention the excellent local salami, because that's enough for those who know what they're talking about. The amber beer was excellent. I just don't understand why the place wasn't packed, but that's fine by me. Service was adequate for the location. Fair price. I recommend it for a relaxing break or snack. Well done.
