Curry Lounge In Bergamo

I had dinner at the Curry Lounge the other night and it was a wonderful discovery! The place is small but incredibly welcoming, with an atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease. We started with an appetizer of "Veg Samosas": they were filled with potatoes, super flavorful and pleasantly spicy. We loved them! For main courses, we tried two types of chicken. I chose the classic curry, which was very good, flavorful and just the right amount of spiciness, even though it was a flavor I was already familiar with. But the real revelation of the evening was the "Butter Chicken": it was by far the best dish! Simply amazing. The chicken literally melted in your mouth and had a rich, enveloping yet delicate flavor. An excellent experience. I highly recommend it to everyone, and don't miss that Butter Chicken.

I dined at the Curry Lounge at Via Clara Maffei 16b and was very satisfied: the elegant and well-appointed atmosphere, friendly service, and carefully prepared Pakistani/Indian dishes using quality ingredients. The flavors are authentic, the spices are well-balanced, and there are also vegetarian and vegan options. The only complaint is the price: some dishes (around €15 or more) are quite high compared to other typical restaurants. In short: an excellent choice if you want to treat yourself to a refined and unique dinner, but keep in mind your budget.

Gorgeous restaurant, food was delicious, fresh and the restaurant was decorated beautifully. Lovely atmosphere. Would definitely recommend - a little pricey.

Excellent food and a well-kept atmosphere, but if you're going for lunch, be aware that they close at 2:00 PM and you're kindly asked to leave. So get there early or eat quickly!

A guarantee! Excellent quality and a sophisticated venue. Carefully prepared and exclusive dishes. I'd say it's the best in Lombardy. We've tried many restaurants of this type, but we always find it great here. The staff is friendly. Recommended!

The place is truly gorgeous, very well-kept, and has an aesthetic reminiscent of Pakistan, thanks to photos, objects, and phrases that make it quaint and welcoming. The food is good, but the portions aren't very generous for the price, which is a bit high compared to other Pakistani/Indian restaurants. Personally, I'd increase the amount of curries. The service was friendly: the young man who served us was very helpful, although at one point he didn't quite understand my request for a return of the same curry and brought me another. In the end, it wasn't a problem; in fact, I was able to try a different one. Overall, the experience was positive. I'd probably go back a second or third time, but I don't think I'd go often at these prices. P.S.: The playlist is amazing.
