Curry Lounge In Bergamo

Il posto è molto carino, curato e molto intimo (alcune volte un po’ troppo, non si vede quasi nulla per quanto è buio). I piatti sono ECCELLENTI!!! Sono più volte stato in India ed ho avuto la fortuna di assaggiarne diversi, i loro sono veramente buoni e ben fatti. Ricco il menù e molto gentile il personale. Solo due cose: Non si può aspettare 15 min per un piatto di riso in bianco e soprattutto con il prezzo che si paga e con il caldo di questi giorni, non può mancare l’ARIA CONDIZIONATA. La cena è stata buonissima ma anche una tortura.

We happened upon this beautiful Pakistani and Indian restaurant on our way to a vegan burger place. We were attracted to the many plants and special vibe of the establishment. Marked clearly on the menu were a few Vegan dishes. So we gave it a try. The people working there were kind and attentive. A feint aroma of incense and special spices made us feel happy and relaxed. Ambience and decor is interesting and pretty. Lots of plants and nice lamps and artefacts. Nice cutlery and pretty plates. Our server was lovely and polite and made us feel welcome. We shared a palak pakora with tamarind sauce and thoroughly enjoyed it. The dhal was the best we’ve ever tasted! Vegetable curry also nice. Basmati rice was delicate and enjoyable. The roti was also best we’ve had. It was such a wonderful dining experience. Relaxed and happy and fulfilling. You should go!
