After reading and seeing a lot on social media, here I am trying Luca Brancati's Cuore pizza.
I arrived with very high but partly disappointing prospects.
The flavors and ingredients themselves are very good.
My disappointment falls on two topics, the first the cooking, perhaps due to the oven temperature being too high, which gave rise to too violent cooking with excessive speckling and too heavy a crumb in the crust which, when crushed, was almost raw,
For according to the service,
There were two of us and 7 minutes passed between the first and second pizza, which is not pleasant.
It was probably the evening, even if there were only a few of us as customers.
Good choice of bottled beers,
Impossible to order a medium draft beer (your choice but which I personally don't agree with)

Abbiamo provato la pizza Polpo e Patate ed il Calzone Farcito, come al solito dividendoceli. Entrambe le proposte sono ottime e molto particolari. Io ho apprezzato particolarmente il calzone ricco di contrasti: la sapidità delle acciughe si sposa perfettamente con la dolcezza dell'uvetta, la croccantezza della scarola da un tocco particolare alla scioglievolezza della scamorza. Ottima la cottura con una crosta croccante in cui si sente il pecorino. Unico piccolo neo il fatto che le acciughe non erano ben distribuite; comunque lo riprenderei.
La Polpo e Patate ha invece affascinato mia moglie con la cottura perfetta del polpo in un ottimo abbinamento con la scamorza.
Ancora una volta Top50pizza fornisce ottimi consigli; torneremo sicuramente quando saremo in zona.

We tried the Polpo e Patate pizza and the Stuffed Calzone, splitting them as usual. Both proposals are excellent and very particular. I particularly appreciated the calzone rich in contrasts: the flavor of the anchovies goes perfectly with the sweetness of the raisins, the crunchiness of the escarole gives a particular touch to the meltiness of the scamorza. Excellent cooking with a crunchy crust in which you can taste the pecorino. The only small flaw was that the anchovies were not well distributed; I would take it again anyway.
The Octopus and Potatoes instead fascinated my wife with the perfect cooking of the octopus in an excellent combination with the scamorza.
Once again Top50pizza always provides great advice; we will definitely return when we are in the area.

We were there last winter... very nice and well-kept place, booking recommended!! We booked for around 9pm and once we arrived we waited a good half hour before sitting at the table... we ordered an aperitif which wasn't very welcome given that we paid quite a bit for two glasses of wine and they were served on hot, wet glasses (we are paying for the quality of the wine but in my opinion the quality of the service should also be on par)… the pizza is excellent.
In summary I would go back to see if it was probably the "bad" evening.

This is the third time I've had dinner at this place. Every time my experience has been positive. Good dough, lots of care and quality. Satisfied.

Sono stato diverse volte in questa pizzeria carina e pulita, e il mio giudizio è positivo. L'unica nota che mi sento di fare è che, visti i prezzi, sarebbe auspicabile un deciso miglioramento della mozzarella (o fior di latte, come correttamento specificato). Aggiungo che il personale è molto gentile e, nonostante sia un locale premiato in qualche concorso, non se la tirano affatto.
