Truly excellent, traditional Piedmontese cuisine, everything meticulously prepared and high-quality. Very friendly, pleasant, spacious, and quiet atmosphere. I ordered veal with tuna sauce, ravioli del plin, and bunet. Recommended! 🙏

The food is very good, as always.
I'd like to point out a decline in service due to the complete change in staff, which is now inadequate for the restaurant. I vote for confidence.

My girlfriend loves veal with tuna sauce, and we went to Cuolo di Latta, using the excuse of missing a dish. Our expectations were perhaps higher than they should have been, even though overall we ate well.
We chose the Easy Way tasting menu (roast beef, 40-yolk tajarin with tomato sauce, guinea fowl, and bread cake with chocolate ice cream), to which we added a veal with tuna sauce—since we weren't given the option to change a dish from the menu—which turned out to be more beautiful than delicious.
The roast beef, on the other hand, was truly excellent, and the eggplant that accompanied the guinea fowl was delicious. The first course was less convincing. The wine list is very well-curated, with a wide selection and quality bottles, ranging from €25-30 and up.
One of the tajarin dishes had been requested without cheese and arrived with it—fortunately, it was immediately replaced—but the wait disrupted the table. The two dishes were quite different: one tasty and well-seasoned, the other (mine) rather dry.
Unfortunately, the service overall didn't live up to the quality of the food, which is a major flaw because it could have really made a difference.
The atmosphere is a bit sterile, more reminiscent of a hotel lobby than a restaurant with the gastronomic ambitions it offers.
Overall, we enjoyed our meal, but we weren't entirely satisfied with our expectations: the food was good, the service could be improved, and the bill was quite high at €140 (€48 per person for the set menu, €14 for the veal with tuna sauce, €16 for two glasses of white wine, 75cl of water, and a cover charge).
With more attentive and meticulous service, the experience could truly live up to the quality of the dishes.
Good, but with significant room for improvement in service and detail.

Cuoco di Latta restaurant is a true gem.
The cuisine amazes with its quality, balance, and creativity, with dishes crafted with attention to every detail and made with top-quality ingredients.
In addition to the extraordinary culinary offerings, the excellent service and helpful staff stand out: always kind, attentive, and ready to accommodate every need with professionalism and a smile.
A complete experience, where flavor, atmosphere, and hospitality blend perfectly.
Highly recommended for those seeking a moment of authentic culinary pleasure. 🍷✨

The quality of Piedmont in Bologna. I love it; it's intimate, sophisticated, yet you feel at ease. The food is excellent; the choice of serving plates in different sizes is a winning move. Everything is excellent. The boiled meat and truffles are incredible. The wine list is up to par.

My best friend and I went to eat here because we know the sommelier Mario.
We had a great time... the service was excellent and the quality of the food was very high.
The place is basic but with a very good selection of dishes.

An unmissable culinary experience for lovers of Piedmontese cuisine. The Langhe Tasting Experience is a true celebration of local flavors, with six courses showcasing specialties like Alba truffles and Piedmont hazelnuts. The wine list is excellent and perfectly complements the menu.
The restaurant, with its industrial-chic design, is meticulously designed, with impeccable lighting and table spacing to ensure the right amount of privacy.
A welcome surprise was the metal music playing in the background: a real touch of character at this Cuoco di Latta!
