Upvoted for food and drink, friendly and welcoming staff. Room composed of a single room with tables quite close together, you are served on tables without a tablecloth, therefore only a napkin. A minimum table covering is essential given the bill that is presented, worthy of luxury restaurants and this is absolutely not. It has the qualities to make the leap in category, but, currently, it is absolutely not worth the bill presented (around 80 euros per person). Objective: improve the environment and coverage; waiting for prices to drop

Excellent experience, recommended by several friends and colleagues, we went to celebrate my wife's birthday. We tried the truffle tasting, excellent. Also mentionable for the service, courteous and never intrusive, as we are not great wine experts we were recommended an excellent bottle.

Went for a birthday meal and booked the classic degustation menu. It was truly excellent, the food was so well prepared and the attention to detail for the flavour profile was excellent. I tried foods that I have always refused to eat - and I was shocked that my favourite was the beef tartare - it was delicious. The service was attentive, prompt and respectful. Our waitress knew a lot about all the wines and she really took time to explain the flavour and characteristics of the wines to us. The atmosphere was lovely - we were upstairs so it was like we had our own private dining room! The downstairs was busy so this was a nice touch. I would recommend. Michelin star level dining without the price tag!

Fantastic experience. Everything perfect from the service to the dishes to the location. The only flaw in my opinion are the pieces of desserts, which are certainly very good, but the costs are not justified in the slightest (even the coffee is close to the price of a starred one)

The service was exceptional, with the waitstaff being incredibly polite and pleasant, ensuring that every aspect of our meal was perfect. The food was prepared remarkably fast, and the staff took special care in helping us choose a wine that satisfied both of our different tastes - an impressive touch! For antipasti, I chose the eggs with truffles and robiola cheese. The combination of flavors was simply mind-blowing — each bite was pure perfection! Next, I indulged in a lemon risotto with snails and sauce, which quickly became my favorite 🤤😍. The dish was a gastronomic masterpiece, delivering an incredible balance of flavors. To finish, I enjoyed a panna cotta - minimalistic yet absolutely delicious. As a delightful surprise, the restaurant gifted us a complimentary patisserie with nuts, chocolate, crafted with such attention to detail and love that it truly stole my gastronomic heart. A massive thank you to the Cuoco Di Latta team for taking us on such a memorable culinary journey. Highly recommend visiting if you’re in Bologna!😎

excellent products and quality. Wine list a little unbalanced for quite high prices. a little overpriced but definitely an experience worth having. Traditional Piedmontese dishes moderately updated

AN EXTRAORDINARY DISCOVERY! A few steps from home, there is a top-notch Piedmontese cuisine! Super professional and always present staff, very nice environment, applause-worthy food and wine (the specifics of the dishes in the photos). Possibility to choose the portion (small/large) to taste multiple dishes. At the end of the dinner, after choosing a grappa from the cellar, we were brought some dessert samples. We will be back as soon as possible!

Io e mio marito siamo stati a cena giovedì scorso in questo ristorante dalla location raffinata ed originalissima. È stata una esperienza molto positiva , con cibo eccellente e presentato in modo raffinato; anche il vino che ci è stato sapientemente consigliato è stato molto valido. Molto apprezzata la cordialità e la professionalità del proprietario e del cameriere che ci hanno illustrato in modo esaustivo ogni piatto del menu degustazione della nostra cena. Consigliatissimo a 360 gradi!!
