Exceptional restaurant. Truly superb traditional Piedmontese cuisine, with intense flavors and excellent ingredients. The staff is young but extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The final price is high, but absolutely proportionate to the quality of the food and wine. You can choose from a selection of the same dishes, either as a small sample or a full-size portion. Tastings are also available. I will definitely be back.

Piedmont in Bologna..yes because the products tasted immediately take you to the Piedmont lands. Excellent quality and well presented. I recommend the plin which are exceptional. The meat perhaps lacked a little salt, but it was still very good. Excellent dessert. The cost of the glasses in my opinion too expensive. The waiters are not up to the level of the restaurant.. I would recommend a training course.

Excellent Piedmontese restaurant. It's nice and the staff is welcoming. The wine list is top especially for Piedmont but not only. The food is strongly oriented towards meat. It doesn't reach the maximum score because we consider it a bit expensive. If the issue is not how much you spend and you want to eat Piedmontese this is the place for you. The Roero taken here is fabulous. Tables well separated and distant.

Tasting menu as a couple with my partner. Very good food and you can see the care and research in the good quality ingredients. I will definitely come back to try a new menu when they have it.

Excellent food: incredible ravioli del plin and cheek. Location: nothing special from the outside but I think it has great potential because it also has an open space not on the road. Service: a disaster! The waiters are absolutely not trained. There is a wine list with a lot of choice and choosing without a guide was truly making a blind choice; furthermore, the price range is quite high, so one would expect a guided choice. The boy who served us wasn't knowledgeable about the dishes and, when asked for information on what the desserts were like, he totally freaked out. We ate really well but if you want to do cuisine of that level and charge that amount, you have to take care of everything else too. I would go back solely for the food but I left there shocked by the lack of care given to everything else.

I went to this restaurant that I had already heard about and where I had wanted to come for a long time and my expectations were not disappointed. Excellent Piedmontese dishes. I chose the Langhe tasting menu at 65 euros to try different dishes. Good wine list we had a fantastic Barolo Sordo. High bill but I was prepared given the type of menu, raw materials and excellent wines. Excellent and very attentive service.
