Tasting menu as a couple with my partner. Very good food and you can see the care and research in the good quality ingredients. I will definitely come back to try a new menu when they have it.

Excellent food: incredible ravioli del plin and cheek. Location: nothing special from the outside but I think it has great potential because it also has an open space not on the road. Service: a disaster! The waiters are absolutely not trained. There is a wine list with a lot of choice and choosing without a guide was truly making a blind choice; furthermore, the price range is quite high, so one would expect a guided choice. The boy who served us wasn't knowledgeable about the dishes and, when asked for information on what the desserts were like, he totally freaked out. We ate really well but if you want to do cuisine of that level and charge that amount, you have to take care of everything else too. I would go back solely for the food but I left there shocked by the lack of care given to everything else.

I went to this restaurant that I had already heard about and where I had wanted to come for a long time and my expectations were not disappointed. Excellent Piedmontese dishes. I chose the Langhe tasting menu at 65 euros to try different dishes. Good wine list we had a fantastic Barolo Sordo. High bill but I was prepared given the type of menu, raw materials and excellent wines. Excellent and very attentive service.

A little hidden place, but inside the environment is warm and particular. Top menu, very high quality of raw materials. But the service and the bill clash. The boy was not prepared, he got the wrong bottle, starter (tartare arrived without truffles), first course (wrong variant of ravioli del plin). All good, but I dined with what he wanted and not with what I wanted. Salty bill, 184 euros for 2 for 2 starters, a complete first course divided into two, a second course divided into two and a 30 euro bottle of wine.

Ristorante di carattere, arredamento molto essenziale ma ambiente accogliente. Abbiamo scelto il menu degustazione ed era tutto ottimo. In particolare il risotto col tartufo e i plin erano spaziali! Abbiamo provato 4 vini diversi suggeriti dal personale ed erano ottimi. Costo euro 100. Costo proporzionato al servizio e alla qualità di cibo e vini.

Superb use of excellent raw materials. Fassona, Tajarin, beef cheek, lamb ragout, cheeses, cakes. Exhilarating. Precise and attentive service, perfect pairing suggestions. Rightfully included in the very few places I will return to very soon.
