I was short on time and not very hungry. I had a first course of gnocchi with pumpkin cream and fondue, two bruschettas while waiting for the first course, and a small bottle of water for a total of €6. Excellent value for money. I think the management is family-run. Kindness and courtesy.

I had an incredible dining experience at Coluri e Sapuri in Capaci! My family and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch with delicious food at an unbelievably reasonable price—just six euros per person, including water and coffee. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, full of flavor, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Every dish showed the chef’s passion and attention to detail. The service was warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Capaci—you won’t be disappointed!
