I will say, even though there was so many people queuing up, the staff were still very friendly and helpful and fairly quick to get orders out. I can imagine it isn't easy starting at 1am (I'm assuming) and having this much service constantly is tiring. The fact they still welcome you with a smile is madness. While the prices are typical airport prices, I have paid worse in Venice itself.

Exceptional staff, especially Mrs Elisabetta at the cashier; she served tirelessly and with infinite patience.

Great staff under difficult circumstances

Elisabeth is fantastic , service was Amazing
