06/01/2025: This is by far the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in! The history, the quietness, the fact that there are not so many people made me have a new favourite. i have stayed in hotels all over Europe and this one tops it all! I do not even care about the fact that the restaurant is closed during my stay! The fact that I can relax looking at all the architecture and reading in the ball room while being alone is amazing! I cannot wait to be back and maybe stay in a heritage suite!
04/01/2025: The pros: Well located hotel, pleasant staff, comfortable room. Cons: no kettle in the room for tea or infusion...you have to pay extra... Approximate cleaning in the bathroom, 2mm of dust on all the towel dryer bars. Very limited breakfast for a 5 ☆ we have seen much better 10 euros extra for a boiled egg.
