Excellent restaurant, refined and even a little experimental cuisine. I would see the anchovies with burrata again, I expected something more. The desserts are exceptional.

We were here for the first time in 2019, then we ordered sushi 🍣 and we really liked it 👍 Now we specifically went to eat sushi, they are still just as delicious 👍 The service is excellent 👌 Fast, tasty and atmospheric ✨

You can feel and see the refined touch of the chef who has had experience with starred colleagues. Good service that suffers a bit of fatigue in the very busy summer evenings. Neat location and exclusive position on the Mima roundabout.

27/04/2025: Ristorante di livello dove materie prime, servizio e ottimi piatti sono protagonisti. Ampia scelta dei vini, struttura adattissimo ad eventi aziendali.
02/02/2025: Ristorante nello stabilimento balneare di Milano Marittima omonimo molto elegante soprattutto per la cena. Piatti ricercati e buonissimi ma soprattutto da questa estate molto caro. Per il pranzo in spiaggia trovo che abbia pezzi eccessivi anche per Milano Marittima nonostante la qualità sia comunque molto alta.

19/09/2025: We went to this restaurant because it was closest to our apartment, and I have to say we had a lovely end-of-season evening! The sea bass tortelloni are among the best tortelloni I've ever tried, as are the swordfish paccheri and the mixed fried fish! The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!
13/09/2025: Everything was perfect. I'm not a Stabilimento fan, but I do enjoy eating with a sea view.
