You can feel and see the refined touch of the chef who has had experience with starred colleagues. Good service that suffers a bit of fatigue in the very busy summer evenings. Neat location and exclusive position on the Mima roundabout.

Ottimo pranzo di Pasqua a base di pesce. Piatti ben costruiti, materia prima eccellente, giusto mix di sapori e consistenze. Complimenti alla chef! Torneremo molto volentieri.

We ate on Valentine's Day. Clean and well-kept environment, not too intimate but still refined. The very good waiters: kind, attentive and with a smile, good! The servings were more than adequate, good even if the dishes should be tidied up a little more, the raw fish (conquette, tuna, sea bass and prawns) arrived with the three fish piled high on top of each other like a tartare, it couldn't be tasted separately; then we found a thorn in the first one (chef's oversight but serious) but the flavor was still very good. I gave three stars because the bill is disproportionate, or rather: the menu costs are very honest, but water is 5 euros per bottle and cover charge 5 euros per person, without a tablecloth and very minimal equipment. We were surprised by the bill being over budget by at least 25. I would go back but drinking tap water!

Abbiamo cenato al Cucinavista in occasione del mio compleanno e devo dire che è stato il regalo migliore che potessi ricevere. Ho adorato le mazzacolle arrostite su crema di patate…e’ un piatto che mi piace moltissimo e di solito al ristorante prendo sempre quello, ma la chef Mary è stata in grado di renderlo unico.
