Food was absolutely amazing (the tuna and sea bass). The owner was very present, quick to give recommendations, and very accommodating to allergies. Overall a great experience.

Place in the center. Tried the so-called "Percorso" because brought here by friends. Everything EXCEPTIONAL and prepared with taste, no waiting times, we ate outside and it was great. The cod with leek cream was incredible, very delicate and full of flavor but not salty. Thank you so much

Dall ottimo pane e focaccia made home, il polpo su crema di patate con il mix croccante e morbido del polpo delizioso! I ravioli di gamberi con pesto di pistacchio dove si sente per davvero il ripieno di gambero ed è la prima volta che mi capita! Il tonno sublime e l ampia scelta di dolce dove si fatica a sceglierne uno! Lo chef impeccabile nel consiglio vini e nel seguire il tavolo!

Definetaly a 5 star dining experience. Food quality is above expectations, service is friendly with good recommendations both on food and wines. On the negative side: avoid seats next to the rest room; the songs playlist is way too short, it repeats in about an hour:) Prices are generous for such quality. Highly recommended place. Do not worry, it is a bit hidden after a narrow alley, but it is a safe place.

On Saturday evening, Cucina Valoria was an incredible discovery. As soon as you enter the restaurant you understand that you are not in a simple restaurant, but you are in the RESTAURANT, in which you are accompanied to discover flavor and novelty, in short, at Valoria you can try a unique experience, focused on an escalation of aromas. The dinner begins with a welcome entrée, accompanied by bread and focaccia and we continue with the octopus on a delicate puree of the same, simply and incredibly delicious. We reached the maximum with the fish ravioli and the fish soup, prepared by the chef himself and it all had a sublime taste. Furthermore, the context is suggestive and the staff appears welcoming and helpful.

Ho avuto il piacere di cenare da Cucina Valoria e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza eccezionale sotto ogni aspetto. Il locale è accogliente, con un’atmosfera intima e curata nei dettagli, perfetta sia per una cena romantica che per una serata tra amici. Il vero punto di forza, oltre alla qualità dei piatti, è lo chef, che non solo è estremamente talentuoso, ma anche simpatico e appassionato. Si vede che ama il suo lavoro e trasmette questa passione in ogni piatto che porta in tavola. Le materie prime sono di altissimo livello, con ingredienti freschi e abbinamenti studiati con cura. Ho provato il tonno e il polpo, entrambi cucinati alla perfezione, ma anche i primi piatti sono una vera delizia. La carta dei vini è ben selezionata e si sposa perfettamente con il menù. Il servizio è impeccabile: personale attento, gentile e sempre disponibile a consigliare il miglior abbinamento. Un ristorante assolutamente da provare, dove qualità, professionalità e passione si incontrano per regalare un’esperienza indimenticabile.
